Cant see all my report
I am just starting to use Zoho creator. I have a small problem which is probably due to my failure to understand how it works. I have a query which returns 22 rows in the report. In the edit screen I can see all 22 rows, printing a PDF produces all 22 rows but the report you only shows 10. There is no scrollbar to enable me to look at the ones lower down (see the screen grab attached) and using the navigation arrows only lets me see one more row. How do I display all 22 of my rows?

Calculations with data from another form
Say I have a Form-1 with fields: Transaction-Date Product-Number Product-Price Transaction-Currency and Form-2 with field: Date EUR GBP where values in EUR column are x-change rate from EUR to USD. How can I add a formula field to Form-1 where Price-USD = Product-Price x x-change rate for the Transaction-Currency at Transaction-Date? How is this done to get the value in Form-1? How is this done in the HTML view?

How to Export only check records from my search results?
How can I export ONLY checked items from my search results? For example, after I filter all records for Phoenix, I want to check a few records and export a viewable list of ONLY those records.
Can't delete field
Hi, I can't delete a Formula field on one of my forms. I get the error message.. Data in this form is being processedfor Formula calculation. You cannot add/modify/delete fields in this form till the process is completed. Please wait till it gets over. Populate drop down with multiple fields
I've been looking around for an answer to this but I can't find anything to help me. Say a form named 'employees' has a field for First Name and Last Name, and a related form wants to do a lookup for each employee. It would make sense for each entry in the drop down list to contain First Name, and Last Name (and most likely the unique ID). So far I can only see how to add one of these fields to the drop down. email form data to different people based on field???
I am trying to enter in a "if statement" and I do not know how to write it. I know how to use the email portion, just not the if statement syntax. Upon form submission or update, I want not email a particular person based on the entry in a checkbox. I am not a programmer and the expression builder is difficult to use. Usage Limit for Schedules
I have talked to support 3 times to confirm that the usage limit on schedules in creator was removed for paying customers. In all cases i was told, yes this limit is removed for paying accounts. Upon reaching, and exceeding, my limit of 31 for a free demo account, i signed up and paid for the Professional edition. URGENT: Disappearing records
I have a client who is reporting that just recently added records are being removed from the system. In the Form View, the default "Record Count" is 10 per page. Is there way to change that to the max of 200? Also, can I have default Form View to display "Company" in alphabetical order?

set criteria does not persisit
Dear Support When I set a criteria I often notice that it does not persist the first time it is loaded. This means that I have to open the box 3 times. Twice to get the criteria to load and then once to check its actually loaded hope you can fix this bug Regards Peter moanazoho
Linked fields & dropdown fields
I have a bit of criticizm for your implementation of linked fields. Linking is what sets you apart from Google Spreadsheet, IMHO. And I do have some dissapintments here. It is all fantastic and super while the linked field has a few dozen values. Then dropdown is practical, even checkboxes might be useful then. But If I have a few hundred items in the linked field the dropdown is the worst of all choices. Why not just a simple number or text field? I could even write my own verification code! Even

Hi, I am unable to give Public Access for my database. It gives an argument error if I click the link to provide access to public share.
Import Fails
I can export a file in various formats, and try to import them unchanged and it fails and gives me the message to contact support. I have also tried making a copy of the application and importing into it with exactly the same error. I find Creator intriguing and frustrating at the same time.
Zoho Creator Down?
