How can I allow Tax Rates to populate in summary area on PO's and SO's?
Dear Sir/Madam I believe I tried posting this before and it was being moderated but then it went missing? I would like to know how I can cause the automatically generated tax calculation per line to then be calculated in the Tax summary under the sub total area on Purchase Order and Sales Order modules without it then adding an additional 20% tax rate to the Grand Total of the cost? Hi, I have some invoices which I want to update. I need to update the Product Lines. I can see how this is possible using the Request URL Method documented here> https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/api/updaterecords.html. However in the custom function I have tried to use the inbuilt function zoho.crm.updateRecord. Howver it would appear that the function zoho.crm.updateRecord can only handled Key Value Pairs and not the nested pairs that would be required for adding Product Lines. Can you confirm my
If Record Exists Function
Is there a quick and easy way to see if a record exists in a module in CRM. I am writing some custom functions in CRM and have introduced some error checking. Part of the error checking is to check related records exist (i.e. have not been deleted.) What I am looking to do is If Record Does NOT Exists in Leads using ID 123456 then I write to an error field in my system. Field Name with Space in Custom Function
With your colleagues help I was able work with custom function, but there's problem when I tried to modify the code myself, it doesn't work, and I found out that when the field name is with space in between, it will not react, please advise how to overcome this. It's not the problem of the function itself as the function works when the destination field is a single word. However I would like to also trigger an automatic response email. Although I have configured the form to do so and set up filters accordingly, Zoho CRM never seems to send out any response email because the event does not appear to be triggered. Hi, I would like to ask how it can be done to automatically to read from Email (e.g. 123@abc.com) the domain (in this case "abc.com") and place in a new field. I believe a new custom field using a formula (prop. using Substring is the best, but I have not a fix number when it should start/end reading as you could have 123@abcdefg.org or different). Activities - Sort by Time
Is there any way activities can be listed not only by date but also by the time of day (or reminder I guess). Although I know yes there are reminders that pop up in sequence I just think having the activities listed chronologically by time really helps in the planning of my days. Its also confusing when what you are looking as a call list doesn't reflect your sequence of activities in the day.

HI, I am currently working with over a 1000 possible leads in Zoho, and would like to know if it is possible to set a custom lead display for ALL of my leads. I know that I can click each individual lead, and then "organize lead details". I have a question before i continue work with zoho. Is it possible to expprt data from zoho. There is many answers how i can import but no info about export. Cause during trial i see that function is very limited. There is limit for amount and quality is awful, everything goes in csv and each acount goes in one cell what makes this file meaningless. changes in pick list don't display in the web form
Hello Zoho Team, I modified some values in a pick-list field of the "case" module which is connected to a webform embedded in my website. Then the webform doesn't recognize the new values and still displays the old ones. I'd like to change "eQuote Name" using the UpdateRecord function but am not able to. I am able to change any other custom field, but no the name.
