Template not seeming to Work
I have created a new folder and also created a new template, then when i go to write a email it states that there is no templates present. Even though the templates are still in the folder / folders Can someone guide me to why this is doing this. Cheers

Quote Email / Issue
Hi Please can you explain if i am doing this wrong I create a Quote and then i press the send email button. It generates a page with the pdf, but no email address has a red astrix for name, but no contact ability to search. Also i have created a template for quote but still does not appear. As per early post i am still unable to get any email templates working, even though email and all other functions work, the template, signatures and now the link from the sale/ quote form seem to be bugging. cheers
Negative Numbers
I am a sales representative and I am trying to keep track of my accounts monthly sales. They will have some months were they will end up in a negative value. Any advice on how I can keep track? deanredding

Hi Peter Cannot seem to get the discripiton in the quote area printing, it will allow me to write in there but will nit print anything, including the discribtion header bar. Also can i change the date as it prints out with US format and we are in Australia Thankyou Lee
Cannot add contact roles to opportunities
Hello, you have a great all-around product, but i ran into a couple of glitches... I am not able to add contact roles to an opportunity. The screen says 'No Contacts Found' upon clicking 'Add Contact Roles' to the Contacts detail item in Opportunities. Also, I cannot change the name of my company, It was enterd originally with lower case letters, need to change to the correct case. Thank you. Will Hinojosa
can't add new fields to contact
Two different machines, four different attempts... we can't add new fields to our contact DB/ field list. The add field page refreshes and still has data in the field. email reminders
Would it be possible to have an option to set the time in which the email reminder would be sent for event/appointments/tasks??? Currently when you select to have an email reminder sent, it sends it immediately regardless when the event might occur ie. 1hour before start 15 min before start etc... Mitchell Kessler
CRM Templates Needed!
I'm evaluating zoho crm as an alternative to salesforce (which is free for NGO's, do you offer that?) I was hoping you might be thinking about offering "template" packages for specialty purposes, such as NGO's fundraising... When can we look for such a feature? The initial setup time it takes to dial in a crm is NO JOKE! and can be very cumbersome for most, I hope in the future it would be possible to "SAVE' a preset installation of zoho crm for new account setups to then load in. New events settings
Why is not possible to add more participants to an event? Sometimes I have to set-up a meeting with all staff from the company and have to send them automaticaly notification e-mails. I'm testing out zoho and am impressed, but I can't figure out why the merge fields don't fill in the right fields. They send them email with blanks instead. Jon Robinson
Custom View Criteria Failing
I setup a custom view in leads. Criteria are: Lead Status Doesn't contain Junk Doesn't contain Lost Yet, when I save it and view the list, a lead marked with Lost lead in that field appears in the list. I also tried it with one criteria using: Doesn't contain Lost, Junk What do I need to do to fix this? I also asked about a recent activity report or user activity report and have not heard back. Time conflict
I enter the time (24 hr clock) in an event: example start 12:30, end 13:00. Looks fine. When I view the event list at the Home screen, the time shows as 18:30. How do I fix? Screen shots attached as PDF flies.

from "All Contacts" using the find contacts box, When using Mozilla Firefox - enter a name, hit enter and brings up options When using IE - enter a name, hit enter and screen switches to Tasks screen; I've tried tab then enter to no avail. Report on Activities
I am trying to create a report based on activities. Every time I try and create or customize a report that is based on any type of activity and I hit save or run it seems like the report module shuts down. I have tried letting it process for a long time but that doesn't help. My report never processes or loads or saves. Can I run reports and Tasks and Events? Please let me know how I can do this. How to change format of Case Number

Only One Product Showing in Quote
I copied the original Quote form and made a new Quote form that is now the default. For some reason, if I have more than one product in the quote, it only shows the 1st one. I did go to the sales order and checked that template out and it seems to work fine. I compared the code for that section and everything seems identical. No clue why this is happening. I looked through the documentation and cant find anything on this. I would like to be able to see a report each day and week on User activity. In other words, I want to see what things people entered into the system each day, so I can be sure they are doing what they are supposed to. I would like to see it by user and then all activity and then by type of activity (emails, tasks, etc.). VAT
Great product, just gettting into it. For VAT in the UK, it should be calculated per line item and then totalled at the end. If it isn't then you end up with either charging too much or too little. Is there anyway VAT can be calcualted per line item and then totalled at the end. Andrew
No add Task in Activity section
When I add a task in activity and associate to an Account this information can't be show in the page of the Account. The problem is born after change some tab's name. why??? can some one help me? PS: sorry for my poor english!!! Claudio
