Manage view in the Home Page
Hi, I think it would be really useful if I can manage the view in the home page and save it as "default", as it appens in the other sections. I mean: - set a default "Records per page" in the Tasks List - manage the Tasks List columns - set the default "Sort" for the boxes - include more boxes Thank you for your support. Site Performance
I've been anxious to fully implement ZohoCRM into my small business. It has most of the functionality needed, usually only available in high-priced systems. However, the page loads and other site functions are so terribly slow I don't know how I can ever rely on this software for ongoing use during the business day. Why is it so slow? Is there anything that can be done about it? If not, I'm forced to continue my CRM search, which I'm growing very weary of. gregdbc

Contact Association
I may have found a go around, but please give me your explanation to the question prior....Thanks. The go around > adding a contact in a task or event, creates this error, so I just don't add a contact in the task or event, only add a contact in the account. Sound OK ? PAA
Calendar Events
The icons to show that there is an event is showing as "no image" > this is in the 31 day look...I did not check the other looks... PAA
my calendar does not default to the Bar view or the List vie
My 31 day view of my calendar does not default to the Bar view or the List view, but instead a view that contains a "X"... like when a picture cannot be viewed. When I click on the Bar view or List view links it corrects the problem but this is a little agravating. I have set up other Zoho CRM accounts for other clients in the past and have never had this problem but now all of the zoho accounts I have ever set up are doing the same thing. Customizing Details
In this section, can I add additional sections ? Example > I want to add 'cases' to the accounts. I opened up a case and was only able to attach it to a contact, not an account, which I think should be priority. PAA
reporting on active contacts/ accounts etc
Hello, After experimenting with the application, I note that I can not find a way to run a report that would screen accounts or contacts for which some activities took place for a given period ( i.e a note would have been created ). This is important to monitor the activity level of contacts owners. Did I miss something ? If not, Please note that this is very important. Managers need to be able to assess activity levels of their staff, beyond lead/account/opportunity creation. Thanks for giving this
Snooze Task

Error amounts in Potentials
Hi, in Potentials I see the amounts with an error: if I write 3000 € in the Amount field and the I save the Potentials, I see 30000 in the Amount field... If I edit the Potential I see that the number in the database field it's ok. Then, if I click "Save" without change nothing or "Cancel" I see the wrong amount in the Amount field. Some days ago, I created a Custom field (a currency field: Accounting) and I see the same error in this field. Giordano. giordano

Timing Out
Suggestion > setting up a timer of some sort, so each user can set their own time out session rules. Some people like 30 minutes, some like 4 hours. PAA
Customizing
In 'contacts', I created an additional field also called 'accounts2', because I have this contact part of 2 accounts. But I can not link the new field, 'accounts2', to the current list of 'accounts' PAA
Opening and closing tasks
Is there any reason why I can not attached tasks to contacts or accounts without having to do a search, then check the box to the left of the contact or account and then CREATE a TASKS? temiller11

In "accounts", placing a new or editing a web address, when I hit "save" it stalls, (thinking, thinking, thinking) to the point I have to refresh the page. PAA
Feature Request - repeatable billing / close invoice
Hi, I have gotten your software up and I am doing some experimentation with it. I think so far it is very nice. There are 2 things that I would like to see from what I have done so far: 1) The ability to create the exact same invoice on a periodic basis (IE. Send the same invoice each month/week/year). It would be even better if that invoice could be automatically, printed/emailed/exported to pdf. 2) The ability to have some flag on the invoice which shows in this system if it has been paid or not.

City Missing in Leads

Hi, I would like to know how we can buy the Outlook Plugin for the ZohoCRM. Kayhan International is a company of 30 people. We have 7/10 people who need CRM capability. We use Microsoft Outlook 2003/Exchange 2003. We would to try the Outlook Edition before I buy. Could yo give us access for a couple of weeks. Account error
Changing the Account Owner crashes the program and brings me to a blank page. When I check to see if the changes were made, they were not. Help PAA

\"City\" Field
I have run across a glitch in the system where the CRM is not displaying the "City" field. The place is there for it but it does not display the name of the City once the data is imported. I have used the same lead file (CSV Format) on other CRM's and never had a problem. The import interface displayed the info during import so it is apparent it was seen by the import wizard however it is not dispaying the data imported in the City Field. Crashing
Now, that I am having a little more data entered to the program, I am having more frequent crashes, when going from page to page. The error says > session expired < sometimes it expires and sometimes I refresh it, and it goes back to the last viewed page. This makes me a little nervous, if the program feels heavy with such little data. Please Advise... PAA
"Created By" field is not movable
I am creating new fields in Potentials. However, when I set up the page layout I am not able to arrange for the placement of the "Created By" field. I cannot move it or delete it and it is not in an appropriate location. Can you help?
Some improvements
Hi, I really appreciate the application, but I would like to suggest some additional functions to make it better: 1. Insert a "Save & Clone" button in the Tasks edit page for let the user close a task and immediately open a new similar task (this is really useful for repeating call); or make the "Save & New" button more efficient precompiling the Account and Contact field 2. Let the user organize the "Home" with more modules and with custom views for them (columns and sort) 3. Use all the columns

I have been using ZohoCRM for about one month now. I generally like it and find it to be very useful, although the learning curve is pretty steep. A couple features I think would enhance the program considerably: 1. A place to upload documents and templates (not email templates) that are not associated with a particular lead, account or contact, such as Word documents, etc., for those contacts who wish to receive info by mail instead of email. 2. Error with normal operations
Hi, sometimes I encounter a strange error doing normal operations (like inserting a new Potential or a new Task, for example). Today, for example, I tried to insert a new Potential for an Account and I got an error "Sorry, the page you have requested was not found." in return when I click "Save" (the URL was: http://crm.zoho.com/crm/CreateCommonModule.do?module=Potentials ). Outlook Edition
I was under the impression that one could have the Free edition and then pay $3.00/month to add Outlook functionality. That doesn't appear to be correct. So, before committing to the full paid edition, can you activate a short free trial period for the Outlook Edition to work with my free account so that I can determine if it is what I need. Some important ideas
Could you set up Zoho CRM so that you can set your default type set larger for faxing? Also make it so we can save to Adobe, Open Office, MS Office, in short something so we may email. Make it so we can print notes and emails like quotes and other such. Thank you Steve Lurie
Creating Quote - Insuf. Privs.
I have an end user trying to create a quote but keeps getting insufficient priviliges error. Her access is restricted but she does have access to create quote - read and write. She also has access to create products. What else does she need access to? Thanks, Mat Mat
Texts don't wrap around in email
This was not a problem before. Then the text box disappeared in the 'Send Mail' form. Then it came back in. But this time the texts don't wrap around anymore. It's not the browser -- I've tested both IE and Firefox, and both result in the same problem.
