Managing the CRM calendar across multiple Zoho Organization Accounts
Greetings, I have two companies that run on Zoho. Both of them use Zoho Mail and Zoho CRM for its activities. Both have separate brands, domain names, and business activities. I would like to be able to create CRM events in both of these companies, and would like my calendar to be syncronized for both companies' CRM and Mail calendars. As the owner of an Independent Rep company, "Expected Revenue"means commissions to be received. From what I see the Expected Revenue is controlled by Probability %. If we have a Prospect to buy a $10,000 product and the Probability of a win is 90%, our revenue could be only $1,000 in commissions paid. This should not be an interactive field.

Synchronize Zoho Inventory templates to Zoho CRM ?
I went ahead and set up the templates for Zoho Inventory, thinking this would affect everything that it is sync'd to in the Zoho Stratosphere. Apparently, the Sales Order, Invoice, etc templates in Zoho Inventory do not synchronize with CRM. How can I create the exact same templates? I don't want an invoice from Zoho CRM to look different than an invoice from Zoho Inventory or Zoho Invoice. If there was an "edit as HTML" button that showed the entirety of the HTML code for the Zoho Inventory templates
Web form Autofill field
I have a 2 pages, both have the web form. I want to separete my CRM with the users from One page or another One. For example, if someone sign up from Page 1, i want a tag or something that i know this lead come from Page 1. And if come from Page 2, a tag or something for Page 2 What can i do?

Almost every professional calendar (including zoho calendar - not in the crm) has the option to either share your events completely / block your events completely / or show whether your available or busy without any details of the event. Hi, I have been trying to accomplish a goal that so far seems to be impossible, yet very simple. I have searched many forums and there seems to be a consistent request to report only the latest note(s) in a leads report. Currently you can only use filters to show a date range to return results. Is there any plans to integrate a feature like this?

Hello, I want to update the list I have for 'Client Types'. Is there a way to modify the list of choice so that the existing records are also updated? For example, I have 'Dealer' as a category. I wish to update the list and have 'Dealer - product A' for all my existing dealers. At the moment, if I change my options, the records will not be updated. I do not wish to updated record. Hi there, I've been a user with Zoho CRM for about 3-4 years now. It's been great, and has helped us grow our online revenue, and keep track of our customers and contacts. Although - over the years, I've noticed many small improvements, I find it beginning to lack behind other comparable CRM/Marketing systems. I could be mistaken, but I've been yearning for features, like link tracking, lead scoring - basic information to see how my leads, and list have been interacting with my marketing efforts.
Terrible chat support... How is this solved?
Three times I asked help from chat support and they didn't help me at all, only made me waste time. The problem is that the mails I send to and receive from my leads don't appear in each lead's record. I have my email account configured with POP. How to change the order of search results fields?
When searching contacts, I can choose the fields to be searched but I cannot edit the order they are shown in. So the clickable "full name" field actually appears all the way on the right, which is inconvenient. I know I can select the fields but can I edit the ORDER that they are shown from left to right? We recently switched to CRM Plus. Is there a way to schedule just single emails through CRM? We would like to automate our basic follow up system. Deleted drop down list values still showing in filters
Hello, Re: Custom Module I renamed a number of values from a dropdown/select list. When filtering the old names are still visible as filter options even though there are no records using the values. I effectively now have twice the filter values that I need, which is very confusing for my users. Is there a way to clear the filter cache perhaps? Simon
Confirm that I want email sent
Working in the "Leads" module in Zoho CRM. I have a checkbox that automatically sends an email to the lead once checked. I would like a dialogue box to appear when that checkbox is checked to confirm whether or not the email should be sent. If the user clicks "Yes", the email sends. Hello, I have two issues: - The events I create using custom functions are not showing in the google calendar? The event I create manually show fine. - How do you create an all day event using a custom function please? When manually creating an event your can select "all day". Hello, With a survey date of 25/12/2017 survey_date.toTime() gives: 25/12/2017 12:00:00 as expected a = survey_date.toTime().addHour(10); info a; gives 25/12/2017 10:00:00 as expected b = a.subHour(10); info a; gives just 25/12/2017 and an error i.e. no time element. I've also tried: a = survey_date.toTime().addHour(22); which also gives 25/12/2017 10:00:00, where I would expect 25/12/2017 22:00:00 Any ideas please? Simon

API Suddenly Not Working
Getting the classic code 4500 (Problem occurred while processing the request) suddenly today on any API request we make. We are not over our limit. Our auth tokens are all good. We are otherwise communicating fine with Zoho CRM, just can't use the API to sync our records. This is obviously a huge problem for our sales force. Anyone else having issues? Anyone have a clue on troubleshooting? No response from support ticket submitted. :(

Is there any possible way to put a bit of colour in the crm calendar? It's so depressing...white, light grey... :( Can we at least have one colour for the events so we can see them better? Light grey on white background with very light grey text is horrible.

Lead Source Changed on Web Form
I have a few forms up on our website. The "Lead Source" field is hidden and auto populated with "Web Research" as the value. Over the weekend I had a lead come from one of my forms with the Source value as "Advertisement." The lead was bogus and SPAM. But I do not understand how my Lead Source value was changed. I've gone and checked all the source code of the forms and nothing seems to be wrong. Has anyone seen this before? Any ideas?
