Deleting duplicate Leads
When I try to delete leads where I have duplicates nothing happens, they do not delete. Any suggestions?
"Add a Contact" form is not loading. Any suggestions?
The “add a contact” form is not loading. I’ve tried both Chrome and Firefox browsers. I’ve shut down and restarted the browsers. I’ve restarted my computer as well. The “contacts” tab works. I see my list of contacts. But, “Add a Contact” does not load the form.
New Contacts Not Loading
Tried several times to add a new contact, used both new contact buttons but it just says "loading..." but never loads. I have rebooted the computer, the other modules come up just fine, campaigns, new accounts etc... Not sure what to do? Chris
Sorting Lead list manually
I have a long list of leads, and would love to be able to display the hottest ones at the top of my list. Is there a way to manually sort the list? If not, any suggested work arounds (ie is there a way to mark a lead as a favorite and then just display those and/or sort on that?) Thanks David
Zoho CRM freezing when trying to add a new Contact
We are experiencing difficulty when trying to add a new Contact. We are finding that the page will not load but just had the "Loading" message for some minutes and does not ever open. It is only a recent problem. Anybody out there got the same issue or knows a fix?

Hello Fellow nerds, I have a custom module based off the Leads module and I keep getting the 4401 error. I've gone in and removed all required fields except the one I couldn't (it's populated), I tried http and https, checked the API key even tried the same code in a different area of my site. How are "bar view" colors chosen for CRM Calendar events
I like to view my CRM Calendar in "bar view" but there is no rhyme or reason for the color's chosen by default. Is there a way to choose a color for events. With random colors chosen I cannot make sense of my calendar as the appointments stack up Thanks

Integrating Zoho Mail in to Zoho CRM
I am trying to figure out how to see my emails sent/received from Zoho Mail in the Zoho CRM with leads/contacts/accounts. I understand it is not possible to link contacts, but I should be able to see emails sent and received. Once a year I would like to send an email to my existing customers and ask them to update their own profile, within a form. Therefore I would need an individual link that with direct connection to the database record. This feature is very powerful, because you can use it to enhance dataquality and even gather more data with surveys or subscribtionforms. Does ZOHO provide that opportunity? Is there a workaround? CRM Export/Report
Hello there! I stumbled upon a little problem while trying to create some sort of report in Zoho CRM. I just wanted to create a csv-like file with specific fields. First I tried to accomplish the export with the help of the export functionality under setup/Data Administration but that allows only the export of single modules where I would have to combine them myself. The tab "Report" is usually enough but in this case it allows only 3 additional modules to create a report which is not quite enough.

I'm looking at implementing some drip-feed marketing processes. I can setup the dynamic autoresponder with initial email and multiple follow up emails. My problem... it seems you can only schedule an email to be sent up to 45 days out. Does anybody have a way around this or a better implementation with custom functions? much appreciated

Currently all my contacts are imported under a single ownership. If I want to make my contacts and accounts data visible to all people under my companies subscription, how can i do that?
Show all contacts attachments on the account level
Just wanted to ask, wouldn't it be nice if we could see all file attachments for all contacts associated with an Account on the Account page? Right now if a user attaches a document to a contact it is only available on the contact page, If an account has 5+ contacts it can be frustrating to try and locate where the file was attached. I think it would be nice to be able to just go the the Account level and see all files attached to all the Account's Contacts. Thomas

Creating a new contact "Loading"
I am not able to create new contacts. Once I click +Contact or + New Contact , "Loading" message appears at the top and nothing happens. I am using Safari and Chrome . Any ideas? Hello, Yesterday I went into my free Zoho account to add additional leads around 1,700 and when I clicked on the link to add leads the screen went blank and it just showed "loading" but the menu screen never came up? Using Firefox Today I tried, the same thing happened, so I tried Google Chrome and still the same problem. Is there any technical issues going on? I have read that under the "free" account you can have up to 5,000 leads. Please help, Al

Feature Request: Click To Call tool that will allow you to create a lead after call.
Currently you have to create a lead to be able to make a outbound call. Which is ok. What would be better is to see a number you want to call, click on it, and start a outbound call. After the call you can create a lead or dismiss the call. I have to use talkdesk integrated with zoho to accomplish this. I would rather just use twilio directly connected with Zoho. Build this please! =)
How do I "organize contact details" for ALL my contacts
I have read various topics and I know how to do this with the "gear" for a given contact but i want to do it for all of them at once as there are fields we simply do not need and that I want hidden such as "Attachments" or "Invited Events". I do not see this to be available for ALL records at once. Thanks

"Mass Email" from Leads reached recipients' SPAM folder
I'm new to zoho CRM. I specifically upgraded zoho CRM to access the mass email function. Unfortunately, when I saw zero replies, I asked one of my recipients to check their inbox. They reported the email went into the SPAM folder. Please advise on what I can do as obviously this is really important.
