Email Template Folders Visibility
Our company has been using Zoho CRM for approximately 9 years. In that time, we've accumulated a lot of Email Template Folders. In order to delete these folders, it's necessary to remove ALL templates and then delete the folder, which is very time consuming and may result in deleting templates that may be needed at a later date. Would you please make this a lot more user friendly by simply making it possible to collapse the folders so that the user doesn't have to sort through all the mess? This

Is it possible to upload a company logo to Zoho CRM on demand? It shows the Zoho CRM image in the upper left hand corner of each page. We would like our logo to be there. Please advise. Thanks.

Hi all I have just edited an existing user in my organisation and connot seem to get an option to change the photo of the user: Any ideas? I have edited the photo in the individual users account under profile but I cant edit at my end as admin under her user details. Any ideas?

Can multiple vendors provide the same product to a client?
We are a training company so our "product" is the service (for example a workshop) provided by our trainers. The trainers are subcontractors so essentially they are the "vendors" moreso than employees. One client may order a day of workshops that 3 or 4 vendors will provide. I want to be able to create a report where I can see all the vendors that provided workshops to a given client. Likewise, I want to be able to create a report that shows each vendor and all the clients they have provided workshops
MS Outlook Plugin
I have gone to the help menu and followed the instructions for installing the plug in to allow upload of contacts from Outlook. but when I click on Add-on's the help screen says To download and install the Zoho CRM Plug-in Log in to your Zoho CRM account. Custom Fields Maximum Limit
Hi There, Recently CRM told me we'd reached our maximum limit of 20 integer fields in our account pages and wouldn't allow me to add any more. Since I have deleted numerous old integer fields that we do not need anymore but it is still saying we've reached our limit. In addition, when I try to edit an account or contact at the moment I am receiving the error message 'please select an active user'. why would this be? Could somebody offer any advice please? Hi. I have been reading through and find the FAQs and pricing sheets confusing as they mention emails and then say not available! Can you let me know in the FREE edition can i link my Google Apps account to it and sync mail to the Zoho contacts? Backup in free version
Hi We are currently using the free version of zoho crm (we are/will be using paid versions of zoho expenses and zoho people) The comparison page for the versions says that the free versions doesn't have back ups, where as standard has 2 per month. What does a backup mean in this sense? Does this mean that the data in the free version of zoho crm may be lost and be non-recoverable given that is not explicitly backed up, or does this mean something else? Thanks Jonny

We are struggling with knowing when to assign a connection as a "Contact" a "Lead" or "Account". I have rad the definitions on your help menu. When I first make a connection at a tradeshow should I enter it as a Contact or a lead? Should contacts always be attached to a lead or account? Do they convert? Thanks!

Customize search results layout
How can I customize the information that displays in the search results. I can get the contacts and results that I want but I canot see on that search results page the information that I want to see without having to click through and open the item. I want the search results page to show "relevant" information for me. I saw one post which said it was Setup>Customozation>SearchLayouts but I do not have that showing at all. I have >modules showing but Search is not one of the modules.

crazy little symbols in template design
I am trying to edit my inventory template. The header section has squares at the boundaries like a section or object might. I can use these to resize that area. Inside that area, there are little circles with X's and arrows . What are these?????? And what do I do with them?? I have tried clicking on all parts of them. Can't seem to make sense of them. What do they do - besides annoy me :) ? I searched help and see no mention of anything other than field codes.

Hi people, I was just wondering what would be the best way to format a phone field. Currently we can end up with all different types of separators when scanning business cards, some examples being: Landline: 61 - 7 - 43211234 617.4321.1234 Mobile: (041) 234-1234 The goal being to remove all of these erroneous characters.
