Google Calendar Sync Reminders change to crazy times
I have been using the Google Calendar sync feature and it is great, however, one thing that is really perplexing me is my reminders change to weird number such as 36 hours before the event, when I entered it at 30 minutes or 3 hours, etc. Is anyone else having this problem? I don't even know if it is due to Zoho or Google but I don't think I get the problem unless it is an event synced from Zoho to Google. A lot of reminders get switched to 6 hours for some reason, and sometimes 12.
Records missing from XML API Response

email settings: change reply to: for all support staff
We are moving to one email for all support questions. We want all staff to send replies via ZohoCRM using a specific reply:to email. How can I, as administrator, change all of my users reply:to email address in ZohoCRM? thank you Dennis
Lead Import failed
Friday and again this morning trying to import leads I get a message stating "File should not contain more than 95 rows" Using Zoho CRM free version 3404 leads currently + 8 accounts with 11 contacts (less than 5000 record limit) importing from excel worksheet (has been used to import more leads in the past 216 leads to add (increases total count to 3620 leads plus accounts and contacts but still less than 5000 limit) Why is Zoho limiting uploads to 95 rows?
Skype and Google Voice calling
Since I am doing a round of "dialing for dollars" today some of the phone-related functions are more noticeable today. I want to suggest some other features that I think would offer great usability improvement. Integration with SKYPE is a nice feature, but if someone does not have a Skype account you have to use Skype Out instead, and that can cost money. Field Names Don't Match in Leads Form
In the Fields List the field is named "Last Name" (Screenshot 1: attached). In the Leads Layout it is also named "Last Name" (Screenshot 2: attached), however in the final leads form after the info has been entered and saved as a new lead, the "Last Name" field is now appearing as "Lead Name" (Screenshot 3: attached). This has caused some confusion amongst our sales team. Can you help rectify this? The "Last Name" field is not editable in the fields list so I'm not sure why it's converting to "Lead
Zoho & Skype calls
Does anyone know if I can automatically dial telephone numbers direct from Zoho using my Skype account? At the moment when I select a phone number from Zoho it opens my Skype screen but does not automatically dial or populate the Skype screen with the telephone number I clicked on so I have to copy and paste from Zoho manually. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Associate a Contact with an email sent to a lead?
Is there a way to associate/link a Contact (or another Lead) to an email sent to a different lead? I know we can track the emails sent to a particular lead or contact, but if I wanted to associated a 3rd lead or contact to that particular email, is there a way to do so? An example of doing this is to associate a Contact with an introductory email to a particular Lead b/c that Contact made a referral or a suggestion. It would be nice to attach the Contact to that email, without including that Contact

Signing in through MS Outlook
Hi there, I can't sign in to ZoHo through MS Outlook using the Addin function. It keeps telling me to " please sepecify a valid email address and password. I have tried the following to fix this: 1) Uninstall and reinstall the app. 2) Changed password. 3) Used another laptop. It works then. I guess it's something in my laptop config. Any suggestions? different values in a pick list when from PC or from Cell
I must have made a mess with the Tasks Module. I have personalized the pick list: "Status" with 6 values, but 1. when I update the field for a task I find "Not started" repeated two times - from the pc and 2. from the iphone "Completed" isn't available, "Not started" is listed one only times (I made the reset to be clean). Can someone help me understand and fix this funny situation, please?

Signing in to ZoHo through MS Outlook Add In
Apols if this has been done before. I can't sign in to ZoHO through the Add In function. It tells me " please specify a valid email and password. I have uninstalled the app twice, changed the password twice and still no good. My colleague has used my details on his lap top and signed in without a problem. Customise the labels of Standard Fields
Hi, It would be really good if we could customise the labels on the standard fields particularly the address fields in Contacts and Accounts. The address fields aren't entirely suitable for all countries and if you use custom fields in the address section in order to get labels that are more relevant you lose the copy feature for duplicating the mailing/Billing address data in to the shipping/other address fields. Inventory Templates Disaster
I just signed up for the Professional level of CRM. The first thing I needed to do was modify the quote template. What a disaster. The html editor provided is very low quality. I never did figure out how to alter a table once it was placed. Finally, I took the code and modified it in a professional html editor and pasted it back in. The back and forth has taken a whole day and still there is a problem with two of the database fields populating. I am very, very disappointed in this functionality,
CRM Website Integration - Other than .com domain issue
Hello to all. I am integrating CRM with my website ContactUs page via form I created on CRM site (see below) and I do face strange problem here. When I simulate user sending contact via web site and I enter @xxx.com email, all fine and lead will show for for approval in CRM. However, when I enter eg. @xxx.de, or @xxx.cz email, no record is displayed in Approve Leads page. Anyone already faced the problem, please? I dont want to avoid approval of Contact forms, as I dont want to have mess in Lead
Company Screen too large for computer screen
Some of the company screens no longer fit within the computer screen, some do. Why is this happening and what can I do about it. I have to scroll to see the entire company screen.
special characters
what about foreign characters since Spanish names have elevations on them like ñ and other languages have different elevations and when I have them as account name and uploaded the excel sheet, I think they missed these characters and ignored all the relevant data. any way I can get these special characters as account name as I have account name with these characters. Hi. I've set up a web-to-case form and installed it on my website. When I answer and resolve a case and close it, is it possible to have an automated email go back to the creator of the case, the person who sent it to advise them it's closed? I know how to make the email but I don't know how to automate it. Also, what will be the trigger? Do I just enter the date closed? or do I change the status to closed? or do I need to do both? Thanks

Getting records from s specific report
Hi, I use the following url to get records belongs to a Report. "https://crm.zoho.com/crm/private/json/Contacts/getCVRecords?authtoken=<AUTH_TOKEN>&scope=crmapi&cvName=<REPORT_NAME>"; It returns all the Contacts not the contacts belongs to a particular Report. I've created a web to lead form which will be integrated with our website. When a lead is submitted via this form I would like a notification email sent to a nominated email address to notify the sales team that a lead has been received through the website. How do I set this up?
