Is it possible to delete my Zoho CRM free edition and get added to my employer's CRM using the same email address?
Hi All, I'm trying to deactivate my free edition account. My Employer uses Zoho recruits, people, CRM etc for its services which are all paid Enterprise edition. I have all of my information on this other products except CRM with the email address didi@myemployer.com. Then recently i registered for the free edition on zoho CRM with the same email address 'didi@myemployer.com. The issue now is that its impossible for my employer to add me to the Company's CRM since i already created my prof'ile on
Unable to edit contacts information
Struggling here, the issue I have is that when editing contact details I save but the programme hangs and I have to refresh from the task bar or sign out then sign back in again, this cannot be right, do you have any suggestions. thanks Dave

ongoing email template administration issues
I am admin of the CRM. My users are creating email templates. A)I want to receive warning/notice that a new template has been created so that I can verify its quality BEFORE it gets sent out! B) I want all templates to have certain fields filled out in a certain way e.g. all reply to are filled out with a specific email C)I want to know email templates are being most used.
CRM Mass Email Problem
In Zoho CRM, in the Contacts mass email page, I select my template and then in the select records tab, I select one of my Monthly email lists (all of which have about 190 contacts). But I am only able to send to the first 100 displayed, I cannot see any more, If I try to push the "next" button to see more records it is just empty. I have verified that all the contacts are there in the Monthly list campaigns. It seems to be a problem with the website, I hope this can be fixed quickly.
google apps integration in zoho crm
I use Google Apps in my company. I am interested in integrating it with Zoho CRM. But which Zoho CRM edition do I need to purchase to use the integration: Zoho CRM Enterprise Edition? Professional Edition? Standard? Free? I have read the page on Google Apps integration: https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/google-integrations.html but it does not specify which Editions it is available in. Also, the editions comparison page https://www.zoho.com/crm/comparison.html does not mention the Google Apps integration.
Selling funds units to investors
We are looking for an easy to use CRM. We represent a number of investment funds and we recruit investors. Its a few to many scenario. Our database of potential customers is 40,000+. Is there someone else doing this with Zoho? Its similar to what financial advisors would use.

EcountErp - http://www.ecounterp.com I've put links to salesforce / ecounterp, so you can look at them. We're looking for a full 360 CRM, that can handle a lot of different elements, such as accounting/invoicing, etc. Can Zoho Help with this? We're really hoping someone on Zoho can help convince us to go with them over others.

Custom Formula Field Question
I created a custom field entitled Expiration Date using the below formula (which worked perfectly adding a date that is 30 days after the Create Date): Datepart(Adddate(${Leads.Created Time},30,'DAY')). I would like to have Leads expire within 30 days if the no of employees field is <=200 employees and within 90 days if the no of employees field is >=200 employees. QuickBooks -- exporting Subject Line into multiple Invoices and Quotes
We typically sign one year agreements with customers and send out 12 invoices. We use the same Subject Line for each Invoice for the series of 12. When we start exporting from ZOHO CRM into QuickBooks will we be able to export the same Subject Line multiple times? I am not sure how this functions since QuickBooks uses unique numbers for Estimate Numbers and Invoice Numbers and what I am proposing is using the same Subject Line in multiple transactions into the Estimate Numbers and Invoice Numbers
QuickBooks - Item Numbers that are used in Customer Jobs and directly billed
Today there is no way to create Item numbers that can be exported in QuickBooks that also contain the vendor and customer date for Customer Job Items. When we import the Product from ZOHO CRM into QuickBooks we will need to manually go in and edit each item to make it comply with a Customer Job (that has specific vendor items billed) for each invoice. OUTLOOK Plugin Successful but Updates Not?
I have put in the Outlook Plugin and was able to transfer new contacts back and forth but if I update a contact and do sync again nothing updates. Example for 2 different records I added the phone number in Outlook and an e-mail address is Zoho and when I did sync it came up with no updates. I want to roll this out to my team but until I get this worked out its pointless.

New Zoho users
Often when I invite a new user to join my Zoho account they are not able to join my account but are asked to create their own accounts. Why does this happen is there a way to stop it? Most recently my new user entered exactly the details of our existing account and it has created her an account which looks like ours (has our logo loaded) but has not data in it and has no tabs to the different modules within the CRM. Any clue whats gone wrong and how I fix it?

When in a vendor record, I've tried clicking on the Contact Tab within that record and entered an new contact. The data takes and they become a contact but they do not show in the vendor record even after saving etc. TonyD
How long should it take to rename tabs?
I try to rename a tab and it appears as though it is processing the request but 15 minutes later it is still processing. How long should I wait before realizing it is not working. I have tried several times and the changes never take. The longest I have waited is about 30 minutes. Should it take that long? Is something wrong? Anyone have any advice?
