auto calculate VAT(TAX)

BCC dropbox not available, despite being an administrator and it being part of my package
This is most frustrating - BCC dropbox is a feature on our subscription package. I'm the account admin. When I try to set it up is says 'insufficient priviliges, please contact your administrator' Grr Then I've emailed support, 'Yogesh' and others and not had a reply. Please fix this or we move our business. Gareth
Not Permitted - TO DO ANYTHING!
I recently set up Zoho CRM, and have added the IP addresses of my ipad4 and galaxy, but I am not being allowed to send an email to my clients, from computer, or devices. The devices seem to only have read permissions, I can't add a client, or email them. I have tried to work with the user permissions tabs but it is not making sense. I want to be able to do everything on each of my devices, can you help? I have made an email template and want to send it out urgently.

Auto load address information with new contacts
How can you automatically generate address information from the account when you're adding a new contact into the same account. I have to manually add the address information each time I add a new contact within the account I have the free version of ZOHO CRM

In CRM: long values are displayed in a single unbroken line on microsoft windows. Therefore,a horizontal scroll bar appears at the bottom of the screen. It would be much more convenient if the values could appear wrapped.
Custom Lead Sources on iPad Add
Hello, I want to customize the lead sources on the iPad app. I didn't see a way to do it, so I customized them on the website, expecting the updated list to sync to the iPad. I've tried everything short of deleting the app and reinstalling it, but no joy. the list stays as it was. Any ideas on what to do? Thanks!

Custom Fields for Contacts not showing in views
I have a number of custom fields under Contacts. This morning, none of the custom fields are showing. They were there yesterday. When I go to Setup>Customization>Contacts, I see all of my custom fields listed, however, when I go directly to a Contact record, the fields are missing, and when I run my report, although the custom fields are listed under the filter options, the fields all come up empty. Remove billing for a disabled plug-in/add-on feature
I need to stop the billing for the Zoho CRM Plug-in for MS Outlook. I signed up for it in hopes it would be a solution for a problem I had in syncing my Microsoft Outlook Web Access with Zoho CRM. It did not solve my problem, and now I need to stop the billing for the product. Today I went into Subscription/Manage Users and unchecked the "Zoho CRM Plug-in for MS Outlook" box, then pressed "Save". But I do not see how to stop the monthly billing for the Plug-in. Please direct me to how to stop

When I add a Contact for an Account, the address info is automatically filled in, but not the phone number. How do I get the phone number to fill in from the Account info?
Security Issue?
We are concerned that users can upload confidential documents to Zoho CRM then use the send mail function in 'Quick Actions' to effectively bypass any internal security controls we have in our network to track the sending of sensitive documents. Is there a way we can resolve this? At present, as far as we can see, users can delete email history from Zoho and as such we would never know an email has been sent. Any thoughts/solutions? Thanks
Sorting and pagination not working correctly
When I go to look at my contacts and click on the Last Name column to sort, the page re-queries. It does not sort the names that are already on the page. If I go to the next page of contact and click on sort, it re-queries. So, I can't see the second page sorted. What I want is to set the default sorting to Last name and when I go to the next page, I get the next name from the last name based on the first page. How can I set the default sorting?

Hi, we we about to proceed chaging to zoho but we've come across a huge 'show stopper' for us. we invoice our clients from diferent organisations. some products are invoiced by one organisation and some others with the other. invoice let us create the 2 organisations but crm only allow us to link it to one. questions... a) how can we link our crm with the 2 organisations b) how would we invoice clients taking into account that some products need to be invoice to one company and some to the other?

I need to move all of my Leads to Contacts. I tried exporting the CSV of my Leads and importing it to my Contacts, but I lose all my Tasks/Events, and Activities (specifically my Closed Activities). Help?
can\'t upload company logo
when I try to upload my company logo, it says "Invalid file format. The file format should be in .jpeg or .jpg or .png or .gif." I have tried uploading both a png and gif file, but both of them result in this error message. any ideas what is causing this? thanks, Nate Nate Aune
Search 'Stickiness"
I filtered records in Zoho CRM using the search feature. I can select the first record, but the result of the search are lost when I move to the next record. I am also unable to return to the search/filtered results without reinputting the search criteria.
How best to handle networking contacts
I go to networking events and meet some useful contacts. Some I can refer to, some refer me, some will never be a customer but a great referrer. How best to handle and track these types on contacts? I don't think they are like leads that turn into accounts.

IMAP Sent Email CRM Synch
I am set up as a IMAP BETA tester and before I get into it, I can not find any information on how the sent emails are handled. If I send an email through MS Outlook or my IMAP supported phone to a contact email via Zoho IMAP will that synch into the contacts email sent history in the Zoho CRM? If not currentlty, is there plans to support the sending of emails from clients other than Zoho via IMAP that will allow the sent email to synch/attach to the contacts email history within Zoho CRM? Zoho, I noticed today that there is a button "Export to Google Tasks" on the create tasks page now. I tried to do so, but it was not working. Is there a featuer that will be enabled soon? If so, I would say Zoho really is ahead of the competition by recognizing that a TASK is simply that, A TASK/TODO item. Account or Contact?
Hi I deal with a lot of private customers. I'm assuming they need to be set up as 'Contacts'. Two problems. When I try and quote a contact, I need to specify an account name and since this is not a business, there is no associated accounts. Should I rather set the individual customers up as accounts?
