Separate groups of accounts, contacts & activities for different campaigns.
Hi there. I am running two campaigns for two separate clients concurrently. Is there a way that I can separate the accounts, contacts & activities for each of the two campaigns - i.e. to have a separate view of each? At the moment, if I click on "Accounts" on the main tool bar, it is a combined list of all contacts, from both campaigns. If there is an easy way to separate campaigns so that I can gain a clear view of the accounts, contacts & activities for each campaign, that would be fantastic. Thank

I have been browsing around on this forum but it seems there is no option to convert an e-mail into a case. Is this possible yes/no or only with Outlook? Seems not much of a CRM solution if it can not do this.
Adding attachments to multiple contacts
We want to make postal mailings to selected contacts (no problem there), and be able later to see what letter was sent to them, so I'd like to be able to attach within Zoho an electronic copy of the letter to the selected contacts. Any ideas?

Email Data feature and Wufoo
Experimenting with the free Zoho version and thinking about using this for CRM. One function - if it works - would make the decision a no-brainer. We are currently using Wufoo to collect requests for a free quote (name, email, phone, address, etc.) from our website. This comes across as an email. Would the Zoho Email Data feature allow this email to go straight to a Zoho form, presumably creating a new Zoho Lead as a result? About the new pop-up UI for posting Activites
When login a call , if by any chance after having entered all details, but not yet saved the form, if you click any other place in the screen , the log a call dialog gets closed and all entered data is lost ( same for Events and Tasks ) There should be a way to protect that Meanwhile, we created a Link at the lead level to open a second tab on the New Activity screen , but still need the complete URL including the capabilities to pass the Lead ID number if possible to open the right tab Ariel Segall

Hi there, i was wondering if it is possible to overview a list of your clients who are all interested in a specific service . in my case it's eg. all client interested in finding a sushi-restaurants. I want to select those clients and send email in 1 action. In the lead set-up i have added a new field with optionlist (eg sushi-restaurant, steakhouse etc). regards, Michael
Using a setup someone else has
I know someone who has Zoho CRM set up pretty much how I want it, is it possible to take their setup and easily apply it without having to create all the things again. I guess that it would ideally be a case of taking the structure but none of the data and then repopulating it, but not sure if that is possible as it would be with something like Microsoft Access.
Web to Lead Form Not Working
We have a form setup on our site at www.burginconstructioninc.com/contact that is not working. We have redone the form and readded the code, but that has not fixed the issue. Customers are able to complete the form and click submit, but this does nothing and they are not added to Zoho CRM, nor are we notified that they completed a form. Please advise on a fix for this issue asap as we are losing prospects while this portion of our site is down.

I want to add a PDF file to a customer account on my iPad. my PDF files are stored in my goodreader app. Is there any way to attach a PDF from goodreader to a customer account on my iPad? Emails based on "product" view
Hi there, I have a small problem that someone out there might have a solution on. Is there any way i can sort my CRM products and then send them (the products OR the contact person related to the product) an email? In our CRM our PRODUCTS are apartments/ villas. Mail Add on Zoho Recruit and Zoho CRM
I currently have a paid edition for Zoho Recruit in which I also pay for the mail add-on. I also use Zoho CRM, but the free edition. Do I have to pay for the mail add-on for Zoho CRM (even though I'm paying for the add-on in Zoho Recruit) to use the add on in Zoho CRM? If neither of these are options, how do I receive emails in the Zoho CRM system?

API Call for getting ZOHO Timesheet

In CRM 'Leads' tab in the company 'Description Information' section "Size:" I see non standard characters. E.g. �10m - �20m I am using Chromium Version 24.0.1279.0 (158811) as my browser and have UTF-8 set as my encoding character set. Is it a bug or a feature or something we have done?
Sales Order customization- separate lines for each size
Hell, Is it possible to combine lines on a sales order based on the size of a product. For example, my product comes in four different sizes SM, MD, LG, XL. Each product is designated to a set size, but when i enter a sales order each size is generated on a separate line. What is the difference between call as a task type and calls as an activity type?
I'm getting very confused as I try to understand this point. I can see that I can create an activity type called "call" And that I can create an activity type called "task" And that there exists a task type called "call" What is the difference between the two forms of call? When would I use one, and when the other?

Hello I am looking for a way to sync data between the following pieces of technology. Can anyone tell me if this is possible and if so point me to information which will guide me through how to set it up. Auto creating a PDF file and sending as part of a workflow.
Hi I have a web form which is capturing data, works fine. What I want to do is to send a thank you email with a PDF file that contains some of the data they have entered. How can I achieve this? I would like it to be fully automated and the PDF needs our Logo in it. I am right in thinking i can not send an workflow email as HTML? If anyone can help with this I would be very grateful. Contacts Export
I have exported my contacts and deleted them in the system. I have since imported my edited list but need some of the info that was in my original list that was not exported, i.e emails sent, tasks assigned, etc. Please help?
