How can copy addresses from Accounts to Contacts?
I imported hundreds of records to a new CRM yesterday. My import included Account addresses, I did not import addresses for the Contacts. Now I want to see the Account address on the Contact page. I want to copy and paste, but ofcourse doing this manually will take forever. I am looking for an efficient way to copy the addresses from hundreds of Accounts to hundreds of Contacts. I'm thinking the Sheet View can help me, but I don't know exactly how. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. DJ
Creating CRM records containing custom fields using API
Hi, Is it possible to create values for custom fields using the Zoho CRM API? I have successfully created records which contains values for the standard fields, but my custom fields always come through as blank. The custom fields appear when I GET data from the API, and I have used that to check the format of my XML, but the fields still appear blank when I write.
ZohoCRM can't insert Tasks with the same Subject
I have a list of "external" (to ZohoCRM) Tasks I want to import to ZohoCRM Tasks. There are tasks which contain the same Subject as well as other fields (but sometimes they are different). I have created a PDF editable (so my clients can fill in the blank information) using abode acrobat Pro. I would like to know if there is anyway to embed Zoho CRM into that form so that no matter who fills it out it or where it is downloaded from then hits submit in the PDF it will be sent to my CRM. Basically helping me eliminate data entry even further.

Different types of Sales Orders?
Our company sells a lot of completely different products. When filling out Quotes, Sales orders and Invoices I don't want to go through a big list of irrelevant fields. For example one department selling and setting up websites, another organising printing of banners, posters etc. Perhaps a way to make certain fields invisible to particular users? I don't want to buy a different Zoho account, as we contact many of the same clients. Please get back me if anyone has any ideas. Thanks in advance.
Can I make logged calls list on an Account page?
It would be very helpful to list recently logged calls on an account page similar to how notes work. Alternatively, could I make a sort of system to copy the description from logged calls over to a note automatically. We could manage simply manually copying the description, but if we could streamline our CRM it would be helpful rather than double our workload by writing notes twice.

Expected Profit based on Expected Revenue and Probabiliy?
I really like the expected revenue based on probability. I think it's a realistic way to see the revenue pipeline based on what stage a potential is at. i would, however, like to also create an "expected profit" based on probability too. example, i have a $100K potential with a 10% profit margin that is 50%. The estimated revenue would be $50K thus the expected profit would now be $5K. It would be a great way to quickly see a realistic free cash flow for the forecast report. Any ideas on how
Replacing Chinese pick list values
All the pick list values in Zoho CRM have defaulted to Chinese text. Is there a way to change them to the English defaults? I could go through them one-by-one, but that will take hours. Alternatively, since I just started using the system, can I just reset it so that the database is initialized with the English defaults? I changed to Locale to the USA, but that hasn't changed the pick list values to English. Thanks!
Task reminder Notify email not working
Though I have my email correctly entered in my user profile, the Notify Email of Task Reminder does not seem to work at all. Is there anything that needs to be defined elsewhere? Is there a way to test whether sending mail from this feature works properly? Also, how can the time of sending be defined? ie: If I need to call back my customer at 9pm next Friday, I need the system to send me a task reminder email at 8:45 for instance. Select only certain Gmail for Zoho CRM import using Zoho Mail Add on
Please can anyone help. Is it possible to manually select or pre-filter based on labels the actual Gmails that are brought into Zoho CRM via the Zoho Mail Add On. Simply put, I don't want all my Gmails in Zoho but the Zoho Mail Add On brings them all in as soon as a match is made based on a contact e-mail address. I don't want to manually delete the emails from Zoho CRM. Help!

Hello, could it be possible to include an autologin feature inside the Outlook Zoho CRM plug in ? I'm a bit tired of having to manually "sign" inside the CRM add-on each time I fire outlook (and no I don't wan't to keep outlook always opened in the background). History for Mass Mail Contacts

Linking Roles Under a Potential to Outside Accounts/contacts
When adding a contact role to a potential created under "X" account; is it possible to have the potential automatically show up under another account? Assuming the contact role I am trying to add is from a different account. If I need to enter a new potential under each Account with a role then it seems to give misguided revenue projections. We're currently evaluating Zoho CRM; I love everything about it, except tax calculation, and this may very well be a dealbreaker. Linking Companies to each other?
Hi all, I am new to Zoho CRM, migrated from Daylite (Mac software). I wonder if there is a chance to link / connect accounts or contacts to each other. For example, when I link account A to account B, I can see (in both of their account details) that those two accounts have a relationship. Maybe A was B's old customer etc. On my previous CRM software (Daylite), I was able to link all types of accounts / contacts / potentials to each other. Field From Accounts to Contacts
I would like to take a field from an Account, we have prefixes for all Accounts to make them shorter, so its just 4 letters/numbers to identify the Account, so I want to take this prefix field and when a Contact is created under this Account the value from the prefix field goes into a field under the Contact. ZOHO CRM iOS App: Accounts on Server vs. Device
When I open Zoho CRM, not all of my Accounts are listed. However, if I scroll to the top of the Accounts, enter an Account in the search box, then select the Server option I am able to find said Account. Is there a way to have all Accounts loaded in the Zoho app by default? The workaround is very cumbersome for a sales force with many Accounts to manage.

Hi, I'm now using zoho for more than 6 months. Great soft and all, really fine to tune. I have the "professional" version. My team and I use Zoho to send some emails (no mass emailing or emailing campaign, just one mail some times) BUT I can't be sure the mail was sent. Why I'm asking myself this question? Slight change to the HTML website inquiry form
I am trying to get the website inquiry form on my website but the color of the text is white on white background when I paste the code. I can see the boxes but can't see the headings unless I highlight them. How can I fix this? I maintain my own website but I do not know how to alter HTML text.
