QuickBooks and Credit Memos -with they update in ZOHO?
If we enter a credit memo in QuickBooks, against an item number to an invoice that had been imported from ZOHO, will the credit be applied to the invoice in ZOHO? it says in ZOHO that through a ZOHO/QuickBooks integration the data will be synchronized two way. Is it possible to choose the Class of Income from ZOHO to QuickBooks? We need to record Non-Inventory items for advertising revenue. Also can we create a custom field in ZOHO and then have that imported into a SubClass of Income into QuickBooks? Zoho CRM vs Nutshell CRM
I was curious to know if anyone has used Nutshell CRM and what they think of it compared to Zoho CRM? The three things that stood out most to me about Nutshell while briefly researching them is that 1) When creating a new lead in Nutshell CRM, Nutshell automatically searches and finds if that lead / company has been entered before so you do not have a duplicate record. 2) Allows you to de-dup very quickly and easily where as in Zoho, you need to be an Enterprise user, but i have read that it still doesn't work

Hi, In the option Web to Lead, in Website Integration, you can select an Email Template and to send an auto-response email to the prospect whenever end user submits the form with proper email id. Is this possible when I create a new lead via api with insertRecords?
Event times change after sync
I can't find a pattern with this but when I sync my Outlook Calender with Zoho Events in my CRM the times sometimes gets moved up an hour, my all day events also get changed to 1am-1am so now it appears over 2 days instead of one. This is not happen all the time but it happens regularly. I'll go back and fix it and sometimes it sticks and some times it does not. I have already missed 1 meeting because I didn't noticed that it changed the time. Is anyone else experiencing this the same issues?
Direct URL to Lead/user
IS there a way to copy the URL which directly points to a lead or a user so that I can quickly reference it later? When I currently do this, it seems to take me to the Pulse page, which is undesirable.

Getting Around the mass email limitation of 250 per day
I have a list of 364 names in Zoho and want to send a Mass Email to all of them. When I used an Mass email with a template, ZOHO responded that they sent 250 emails only. What method can I use to separate my email lists into chunks of 250, so that I can be sure that I emailed everyone on the list. I tried creating views that would do the first letters of their last name, but I was not able to create a view of last names that are greater than "A" and less than "F". I'm new at this - perhaps this is a rookie move... I just saw the links option in the setup/customization page. I have just set it so that I have a link on every contact page to see a list of my emails to this contact from my Gmail account. I first searched in gmail for an email address. Gmail Gadget Fails To Recognize Contact
New to Zoho CRM. I have set up the Zoho account, matched it up with my Google Apps account. I have received downloads of Gmail contacts. When I open a gmail email the Zoho gadget does not recognize that the contact is already in Zoho CRM contacts. I get the message "Sorry, Contact or Lead does not exist." When I go into Zoho, infact, the contact does exist. Is there a setting in Gmail I need to change? Thanks.
Convert Lead Information

Task reminders: one click close from email
When you get an email reminder it would be nice to be able to mark the task as completed (and shut off any existing reminders) directly from the email. As it is now you can follow a link to the task, sign in to Zoho if you are not signed in already, find the section to change the task status to complete, and then also remember to uncheck the reminder box. The difference between a couple of seconds and a minute or more to complete a simple thing.

When I convert a Lead to an Account, I can't find see some info such as Notes that I had entered in Leads, in each Account. Even if I click back to Leads, its not there either...it just says it has been converted to an Account.

I am setting up a holiday rental system. Potentials are Bookings and Products are Properties. We have added the rental "from" and "to" dates on the Potential and populated those to the Quote. On the Invoice there is no option to include custom fields from the Potential (or quote) - this seems like a bug or simple omission - the Potential, Quote and Invoice are all linked and should have access to the same data. Sharing leads with another person
Hi there, I'm a startup and have a list of sales leads I want to share with my partner. I'm using Zoho's CRM tool. I've created a Zoho account and imported our leads list into the CRM. I've also invited my partner as a friend, but clearly that is not the way to share the list. She just creates her own blank Zoho account. How do I share my leads list with her?
