Trying to add Google apps users.
When I go to setup and Add Users under Google apps I get nothing (see atttachment. What might be wrong? My google account is actually Google apps for business and there are 3 users. Thanks

Can not add this user (see attachments) CRM asks her to join and send the email to the admin. When the admin (me) clicks on the link the CRM says the user in already added to your account. Catch 22? I have tried to make it work with Akeela going through google apps and directly into zoho crm. Same result. Thanks Mike P.S. I have another attachment but when I added the third the browse button got covered by the list of attachments.

Saving website contact form to CRM as a lead
Hi there Have very basic question as I'm new to Zoho.. I've got a contact form for a website and want to save this to Zoho CRM as a lead. Cannot link an Event to a Prospect
Why can i not link an event to a prospect?? Surely, before a lead gets converted to an account, it is possible that a meeting will be set up.... Can you please add Events to Prospects. Thanks
Default Sorting of Reports
When creating a report there should be a way to specify how you would like it sorted. Currently I can not tell what criteria is being used to sort my reports, but whatever it is doesn't make a lot of sense. We run a report weekly of our Prospects (Potentials) that we like to sort by Priority, and then by stage. Currently I have this report scheduled to run Sunday night and sent to a number of people to discuss for our Monday morning meeting. The report seems to be always sorted in a random order.
Workflow alerts
Having finally got workflow alerts working, I have a few questions and an observation a) The test workflow alert emails that I created are either incredibly slow, or don't always work. Unsubscribe form problems
I'm having trouble adding the unsubscribe form. I generated the HTML with our company website and saved it. First, is there a special place to save this file? I added the words "Click to unsubscribe" in footer and selected the View HTML source box. I'm pretty sure I'm missing something. I'm not that computer savy as well.
Link Opportunities and Invoces tables in ZOHO CRM
One major problem in ZOHO CRM is the lack of link between Opportunities and Invoces. Imagine you need to add informations from the opportunities tables into an invoce....Then you can not do it unless you add again this (these) field(s) in the invoces table and have then double entry.... The most bizarre is that Opportunities and Quotes tables are linked (you can add a field from opportunities into quote) and you have the ability to transform a quote into invoice but then you loose some informations.
Import data from e-mail
I could really use some help with getting zoho to pick up data from and e-mail and convert it to a lead. Using the form to capture data is not an option, as I receive leads by e-mail from a marketing firm. This is the template for the e-mails i receive. Three of us are set up as administrators but none of us can see or find the deduplicate button/action that used to and is supposed to exist at the bottom of the accounts homepage. Where is it? Emails disappearing from CRM contacts record?
I use Zoho CRM + Zoho mail & it appears that when I delete an email from zoho mail client the email which has also been attached to the client in CRM gets deleted? Is this correct & can I prevent this from happening?

How Do I Alphabetize Leads, Last Name First?
I just imported over 1,000 leads of people who have already purchased at least one of our services. Now I want to follow up and obtain referrals. The leads show up in seemingly random order, organized only by date. How can I sort this list so it shows up alphabetically? This new user thanks you in advance.
Creating New View in Activities
I need a view that shows the person's name for an Event whether they are a Contact or a Lead. Currently I can only show the Contact Name. The Lead Name is not a choice. It would be great if one column could show either one. ie.. column name would be Contact/Lead Name.
Email marketing- Contactology vs Mailchimp
I am evaluating whether to integrate Zoho CRM with either Mailchimp or Contactology (I believe the only two companies that are available at present with zoho). I have tried using zoho for emails and it doesnt work well at all. I was wondering if anyone has experience with the integration of either system and can tell me pros/cons. From Free to Professional upgrade with fails?
I like ZOHO CRM and after upgraded to payed version (Professional) I continue without use the tabs Quotes, Price Books etc, with a message that my version still the old (the free version that I upgraded to Professional). Hi I'm trying to import a product database in Zoho. This database consists of individual accounts and other financial products which are uniquely associated with clients. For example: client 1 bought mortgage 123452 and has account 345678 Is it possible to associate the products during the import with a client ID? Mulitple Account Owners
We have the need to have more than one account owner for accounts, contacts and leads. Is this a possibility? If so, how do you add an additional owner to the account? If this is not possible, is there a way to set up a specific role that can only see accounts, leads, or contacts that are assigned to specific owners? Your help is appreciated!
Colors for Priority in Task and Events
When you sort by Priority, the dates don't sort properly (or in order), and when you sort by Date, the priority does not stay in order. Hi, I create a web-to-case form. I choose the fields from Web-To-Case and also clicked create new contact if the contact does not already exist. However, two questions. 1. Converting Leads to Contacts
My telemarketing company introduced me to Zoho CRM but loaded our contact list as "Leads" (optimistic thinking on their part?). Now I find it difficult to use Zoho because I want leads to represent only contacts that have expressed an interest in our service. Is there any way to convert all Leads to Contacts? Perhaps export the entire list, delete from list from Leads and then import the list into Leads?

Problem w/ PhoneBridge
Is anyone else having problems w/ PhoneBridge? I am able to run it against my Asterisk machine and the Java program logs in via the manager interface just fine, however I can not connect with crm.zoho.com. It was working just fine, but now it stopped working. I also check the CRM Key and the key is fine as well. A-Z letter list in the Leads module.
In the Leads tab I'm not able to click on the alphabetical list across the top of the main Leads page and find my leads by last name. I have to click on the letter for their first name to find their lead. Is there a way to configure the leads that will allow me to click on the letter and pull up their last name instead of their first name? Thanks!

Alphanumeric account numbers?
I've been searching for an answer to this but haven't been able to find anything - Is it possible the make account numbers alphanumeric? I am migrating my client list to Zoho and all the existing account numbers are in the format "abc123" and I would rather not have to rename them all. Also, the alpha part makes it easier to remember the client - the alpha part is the first three letters of the account name. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
