Run my products in two currencies
Hi, I know how to change the currency in Zoho CRM but I want all my pricing to be in two currencies? Is that possible? If so how? What I am trying to achieve is the ability to product invoices in Euro and GBP - as we have customers that deal in both currencies. Also - there will be different tax rates - I think I know how to asssign a diffent tax rate but if the person who can answer the main question can answer this - I would greatly appreciate it. Naturally the question is time sensitive
Custom Lookup Field
I created a custom lookup field for Purchase Orders that looks up Contacts in order to circumvent the customers email address from appearing when emailing a purchase order. Field Name: Customer Related List Label: Customers Purchase Orders When I create a Customer Purchase Order, shouldn't the lookup field Customer be auto filled?

Creating Sales Orders with Contacts not Accounts. Is Address
I do B2C and I have imported all my clients into the Contacts because it is easier for me to convert leads to contacts (I couldn't figure out how to convert leads to accounts) anyway...When I create a new sales order and I choose the contact I am making the order for, the address info does not automatically update. When I had all my clients in Accounts (when I was first testing out the system) it used to update the address info when I create a sales order, but now that I have my clients in Contacts,

Expected Revenue set to 0 after changing a potential's stage
Hi, Anytime that i change the stage of a potential, the expected revenue is automatically set to 0.0. This seems to be a bug. If it is not, please provide a way to alter this default behaviour (or at least an explanation of why this is the optimal functionality). thanks, Elliot
Reports function - possible bug
Hi, Whenever I create a new report and save it, then want to make a change, and click 'Customise', any 'lookup fields' I had selected to display as columns in the report no longer display. At first I thought that it may be because of invalid characters in the field names (some of the fields have - in them. What characters are valid for field names by the way?), but then I realised only lookup fields seem to be affected. Report runs fine from save until I click 'customise', then the fields disappear,
How can I use personalized Products Field into Invoices Field?
Hello! First of all, I need to configure as personalized: In the Products fields - Product Cost: U$ xx,00 (ok, easy) so, In the Invoice fields I'd like to see ${Products.Producst Cost (U$)} and then to apply a rule that if I check the List of Fields at Invoices called "Sell Type" it makes a "Back Comission Calc"... for example: ${Products.Unit Price} - ${Products.${Products.Custo (U$)} = X / "Sell Type" (that defines the correct % of back comission). How can I do the following with Events? 1. Subject: "defaulttext" ? 2. when i select start date, have it default the end date to the same day? 3. have a default duration for event, say 30 min or 60 min? 4. Speed issues Zoho CRM
Hi, We are a paying user of Zoho CRM. Yesterday (Thursday 6-6:30pm Australian Eastern Standard Time) our users were reporting that Zoho was unbearably slow. (This is not the first time it has been slow for us but first time I've recorded date and time. I'll be doing it more often from now on.) Are you aware of any issue at that time that may have caused issues? Not sure where Zoho's servers are based but could it be some scheduled maintenence causing the issue? If so, would it be at all possible
String substitutions in workflow task subject field?
Say you set up a workflow to create a set of tasks when a new lead is created. Is is possible to include the lead name in the task subject field.... are there a set of substitutions you could use, for example I'd like to do something like this: Subject: "Do something important for ${Company}" Generally its much easier if each task subject identifies the lead to which its assigned, so you dont need to create custom views all the time.

This summer I was under the impression that there was going to be an update in August that was going to include some new features. Then based on my understanding the update got pushed to September then November. Tracking Email marketing
We are sending out about 200 emails/day to our customer mailing list, but haven't worked out an efficient way of tracking whether or not customers are clicking through from our emails to our website. Custom Lookup Field for Quote | Related Lead
I created a custom lookup field for quotes so we can quote a lead. When emailing a quote created from a lead, the email address does not appear. Please allow mapping of fields between custom lookup/related records.
Switching to other Zoho applications
I am quite new to Zoho and I am testing Zoho CRM and other applications for use in my company. So far, I am very impressed. I notice in many Zoho applications, there is a "Switch To" button that opens up a pull down menu that lets me quickly jump to other Zoho applications. This is nice because it reminds me of all the things I can do within Zoho. But I don't see this option in Zoho CRM. Are there plans to add this button?

Hi, I have integrated my email into CRM. It's great to have email associated with a customer right at your fingertips. However, some of our customers use a few different email address' and we'd like to have all the relevant emails (from both address') appear in their CRM record. Date Format
I need date format dd.MM.yyyy which is standard in my country (Croatia). By choosing Croatia i got yyyy/MM/dd wich is wrong. I changed to France, and got dd/MM/yyyy but this is not good enough, i need dd.MM.yyyy Is there a way to get this format? Thank you!

Use of VOIP
We are switching to voip for our phone service and I am curious if you do or will be soon providing an app so there will be a way to log all calls in/out and do an automatic pop up/caller id feature if someone in my leads/contacts calls in. Seems that mobile version of Zoho (CRM) cant be used if using Google Apps IDs to log into Zoho CRM? Any workaround or when this possibility (mobile use) will be offered for those who are using Google Apps? One more general comment: Zoho (CRM, at least) is advertised that it can be used with Google Apps meaning using the same ids to log in etc. But nowhere is not mentioned that in practise that does not make it easier at all, but more worse: - Outlook plug-in does not work if using Google App IDs

I will be conducting business both in the office and in the field. I need to work on zoho without an internet connection. Can it be utilized offline? If not, would you recommend using an iPhone while in the field or just go with a broadband internet connection?

Hello, I would like to give validation in the web forms. I don't find any option in zoho for this. Please guide me how to put the validation. I like to put validations like: Please enter First Name (if the field is left blank). First Name can contain only alphabets only (if the entered data is non-aphabets). Last Name can contain only alphabets only (if the entered data is non-aphabets). Please specify your Designation (if the field is left blank). Please specify your City (if the field is left blank).
