Creating Campaigns

Lost Leads
Hi, I was switching from one ZohoCRM account to another. I exported all my leads, potentials, etc to .csv files. I closed the first account and before I was able to import them to the new ZohoCRM my laptop battery died and I lost the .csv files. Is there a way to retrieve these from the inactive account? I had paid through this month, so I am hoping the account is simply inactive and not deleted. If it could help, this is the file name created: Lead_1255234318427.csv Thank you
Chinese Input methods
Can anyone confirm which input methods are supported for Chinese please? Is there plans to also support Traditional Chinese menus or are you staying with only Simplified? Thanks

I created a report for EVENTS and I cannot use the filter options to filter by "START DATE" which is appropriate to using EVENTS. Please check and advise.
Template editing bug
I use the Template WYSWYG editor to create a simple Email Template containing two lines of text and I save it. I then select to edit this simple template and turn around and save it without making any edits. The saved template now has additional blank line due to new <BR> html tags that are automatically inserted. This is making it impossible to edit my existing templates. Is this a new bug? Configured new email for CRM user at our office and it won't send
Can someone assist me with this issue? We set up a new CRM user in zoho. Then we added them as a email subscriber within zoho. Everything configured correctly and they are receiving email no problem. Emailing groups
Is it possible to email any groups you have set up in either Zoho CRM or Zoho Business? It's really a hassle having to cc people within your own organization. Most CRM solutions have the basic ability to send emails to people within your company.
Bug adding leads in firefox
Using firefox and crm. When trying to add a new lead none of the fields appear. only save save and new buttons appear.
Additional Fiels for Users
I cannot find a way in Zoho CRM the functionality to have additional fields against users (i.e. Commissions) . Does any one have any tips or tricks to implement this type of functionality? Gordon

Convert Opportunity back to Lead
Hi All, Is it possible to convert an opportunity back to lead? Once an opportunity is on hold or non-responsive we might want to use this as a fresh lead on a later date. Another question would be to find out a way to archive the opportunities that are stale but we still want to search the same but they should not appear in the opportunities or various reports? Mas email to leads not working properly
Trying to send a mass email to my leads (using professional and with a working email account within Zoho email). Have created an email template which previews properly with signature and weblink. I go to the choose records tab and no matter what i do i can't get a list of leads- even if i just select custom view and "all open leads", Zoho reports no leads found. Within the leads tabs i have almost 100 open leads. Whats happening and how do i fix it?
Report custom date bug
Using custom date filter on a report Clicking sort by created date (which is one of the fields on the report) to re-order the report It cancels the the custom date and gives me all the items again every time. Please advise.

Move of a "Won" potential
Hi I was wondering how do we move a "won" potential out of potentials without losing the data associated with that potential? Basically leaving the potential in there when "won" is distorting the pipeline. I have tried deleting the prospect but this removes all the associauted data, attachment, notes, etc for that potential. Thanks John
Follow Up on Contacts, Leads, Accounts
I used outlook for years with follow up flags. These flags remind you to contact someone without creating a task and the are quick. Is there a way to quickly set follow ups on contacts, leads, accounts or do you need to create a task to do so? Any ideas?
Zoho CRM ID already exists ???
I have tried to create several new users with emails that I know are unique. The people I am trying to add have not used Zoho before, but I am still getting the message: "Zoho CRM ID already exists. Please use a different Zoho CRM ID." Why would this be happening? I am using the free version to start with one user set up & cannot get the other two working??? not feeling very confident about this so far.

Unable to display task details screen?
Hi I have set up a task and assigned it to another member on my team. When she goes into the activity details screen the screen has all the field names and other features but not information for thefields its all blank with "loading-----" at the bottom. Pressing the "print preview" button brings up all the details. Help!

newbie question about Zoho
I am considering signing up with Zoho CRM but I have a few questions: 1. Can I separate customers and prospects into different groups so I can mail to the groups individually? 2.Can I customize the field information to suit my needs? 3. Can I import my contacts from ACT ? I am a "road warrior" manufacturers rep selling hard goods and my CRM needs are simple but having access to the information online would be a huge benefit for me. Jeff
Working potentials as a team
We have many agents using Zoho CRM now. What we did not realize is that there is no way to work potentials as a team. It is extremely important for certain sales organizations to work or collaborate on potentials. With Zoho there is no way to add any additional users to an potential, task or event. This is a design flaw and should be corrected as soon as possible. You should have the ability to add users to a potential so ALL users working on that potential can follow it through to a sale.

Is there any way so that when a case is created under a purchase order, the contact and account lookup fields automatically populate based on the purchase order? Also, please add email section to cases tab!

Link stage to Closing date
Hi, Is there a way to link the Stage a potential is at to the closing date. Say a Potentail is at stage 1 (of a 7 stage sales process). the closing date should be 2 months from stage 1 (set automaically somehow). As the potential moves through the stages the closing date would move forward or back depending on how quickly it is progressing. If a potential stays at stage 1 (or any other stage) for a longer period of time the closing date would move accordingly. I have been told by Salesforce that

I am trying to create custom fields and they're not showing up on my lead page or in the setup for page layout,but when I go to recreate it I get a message saying that field label is already taken.So where are my fields?

How do I retrieve single Account using getAllRecords ?
Hi Zoho team, I was hoping on retrieving a single account by ID, I am doing the following: crm.zoho.com/crm/private/xml/Accounts/getAllRecords?loginName=XXX&apikey=XXX$$&ACCOUNTID=79214000000032035 This returns every account, not just the one with id=79214000000032035. What am I doing wrong? Can you provide a sample call? Thanks!
