Hello, I have created a series of custom fields in Zoho CRM in order to add details which are crucial to my business. Most of these custom fields were added in the Vendors tab. I would like each New Note to update the Modified Date/Time for the related record. My Sales Reps like to sort a list of Contacts or Potentials by Modified Date/Time in descending order so that the records they have most recently updated appear at the top of the list.
