For some reason when I log into the Zoho Assist desktop application I get a message that says "please enter proxy credentials". I have no clue what this means, so I click "cancel". The program seems to work after that, but I am unable to connect to clients. To fix it, I delete the program completely, go to Zoho.com and download the desktop plugin again. CalDAV is not working
I have not been able to get my calendar to sync with CalDAV either on iCal on the Mac or Thunderbird-Lightning on Linux. On the Mac, iCal says that it can find the server but the username/password is not accepted. I am, of course, using the same username and password as here on the Zoho site. Calculating item rate automatically based on item total amount...
Currently, it seems that there is no way to add an item to an invoice, enter a quantity, and then enter a total amount for that quantity and have the software calculate the item rate automatically. Instead, you have to choose your quantity and guess at the item rate until you figure out a combination that matches the item total that you're looking for. Does anyone know a way around this?
