Hola, hace un tiempo un colaborador (que ya no trabaja con nosotros) hizo el registro del dominio corporativo con zoho y nos ayudó con la creacion de correos. Esa persona ya no trabaja con nosotros, el dominio esta en nuestro administrador de dominio de godaddy, pero esta persona no nos quiere devolver la administracion de correos mediante Zoho. Es posible recuperar estos correos? Podemos demostrar que el dominio nos pertenece a nosotros y no al actual administrador? Que podemos hacer en este caso?

I have built a customized report to view one of our users Events/Check in Status to ensure he is completing his weekly call cycle. The modules I have used are: Event, Account and Notes. Exceeding 500 emails in mass email using Professional edition
I sent a list of "leads" a mass email that was about 3200 email addresses long, which exceeded the 500 recipients that the "Professional Edition" limits me to for single mass emails per day. Will 500 more emails per day be automatically sent in the following days...and repeated(each day) until all 3200 emails in the original single mass email request are sent? Regards, Jeremy

I am told by Zoho support that it is not possible to move sections so that they appear in a custom order that might be more productive. If I create a report and realize that I left out a section entry, when I do enter it, it appears at the end of the report. Hi This is the program of choice editor in 2017, but why it is not so popular. I also tried the Windows 10 version and had a very poor performance. I tested web version and sync between Mobile and web is good but in web version ( i used chrome) i can't load mp3 files or download mp3 files and I can't download audio file from text note. For mp4 file speed download is very low. But I like this software because It is completely free and has many features How much file size can I use to upload a file?

We have enabled notification via email to all department members when ever a new ticket is added/created to that department. However, all user gets the notification email except one user. Problem to login in the Android App to Chineese version
As you know Chineese Zoho is separated version. I use https://docs.zoho.com.cn/ version as I work in China and work with my collegues in China. And I can't login to Zoho Docs android app on my Samsung Note 9 - it goes to european login form. Unable to Import Shipping Fields in Feeds
