I'm a new user to Creator and have stated using Deluge scripts - which are proving challenging! I'm migrating an old legacy system I created 10-15 years ago to Creator. The current system collects essential banking information account name, bank sort code, bank account number, bank name and amount to allow me to submit a flat file to the Banking Clearing System so that I can collect money from out clients bank account. How do I customize the "Tell-a-friend" email that is forwarded?
Hello, I understand that right now Zoho Campaign emails have a "Tell-a-friend" link in the footer. This seemed to be nice feature which we would take advantage of. Unfortunately, the page the link takes you to looks a little sloppy, and the email which is forwarded to the friend looks ugly and spammy. Is there a way to customize the page and the email? The feature is essentially worthless if the sharing experience is terrible.
I cant cancel my Zoho One account
We have a Zoho CRM and Zoho campaign in a Zoho One account We want to pay the Zoho One license for one user, but in the process the system says we have 2 users We have 2 options: -Pay 2 licenses (we dont want) -Cancel the Zoho One account and manage Zoho CRM independently (error) Its not possible to close the account. When I try to create a rule for email notifications when a case is created or edited, I cannot find the condition for cases matching the Account Owner is "user name". With the Portal mapped to a domain, can we still map the microsite to other domain?
Imagine the Portal has already been mapped to abc.com and while creating microsite for each of the events, can we still map those to xyz1.com, xyz2.com and xyz3.com and so on? Is it possible to add custom html for the forward email yet? I would like to remove the extra step of clicking on the link and actually forward the email itself. My contacts haven't been syncing for almost 2 months, even though the sync is active and the last Retrieved Date is up to date. The clock logo looks clickable but does nothing when clicked. After recent ZC Update having issues with an image field on Cellular Phone
Guys I have a form that envolves taking a picture and submiting it, after the last ZC5 update that recently rolled out my app crashes when i submit the form i dont know if somebody else has reported this, but can you please look into it, this only happens on cell phones, i can do it on the computer and its working fine, but if i enter the information on the Cell as soon as submit the app closes and kicks me out, if I don't use the Image filed it does submits correctly All this was working perfectly

Email Address in Query Table
I have a table in Zoho Analytics with the Primary Contact's Email Address as one of the fields. I get an error when attempting to change that column's data type to "E-mail"...the error I have also attempted to change my query to concatenate the field into a "mailto:" link using the URL data type. Hello, We have a vendor we are working with. But Emails from our CEO to this vendor are confidential. I restrict for now email sharing by excluding the domain (CRM > Setup > Channel > Emails > Email Sharing), which answers at best. However, another trust person should be able to access these email.
