Enabling O365 CRM Integration for events
Hello Everyone, The help docs don't really explain a way to test this on a single user. It says that I can turn it on for users I choose which in theory will work but we have had other integrations with o365 that have just automatically attached itself my users in o365. My question is for anyone who has done this integration: If i were to enable this and get the o365 add in will it automatically enable everyone in my o365 org or will it give me the ability to have everyone turned off for the time

Hi. I'm trying to configure zoho crm sdk with php. I have followed the documentation (https://www.zoho.com/es-xl/crm/developer/docs/server-side-sdks/php.html#Configurations) but i can't found the resources folder and neither the configuration.properties file. Also look for sample codes on the internet but i haven`t found any that help me to configure the tool correctly. Will there be an updated sample code that helps me to perform the initial configuration?
Why is Zoho email advertised as free when it's clearly not?
I signed up to what was advertised as a free email hosting service only to be presented with a 15 day free trial notice. If your service is not free, please stop advertising it as such. We are a gaming community with zero dollars in our budget as we do not have any funding sources. Being led to sign up to free services which are not free just wasts both my time and yours. I now have to find another provider and redo work I just spent 2 hours on.
I am unable to receive email
I am unable to receive email in my account. Until 02-OCT everything was working fine. I am not sure how come my MX record disappear from the hostgator MX entry. Anyway, I have again made the correct entry. Now on ZOHO Mail setting everything is showing green, even then I am not able to receive the email. Domain name: vatituae.com Appreciate your help here. Oauth flow
When I start the OAuth flow - if I state that I want scope Desk.basic.READ then description in the authorization page says: Write basic desk data such as organizations,agents,departments,roles,profiles,licence It should be Read and not Write. Says the same thing when I change the scope to Desk.basic.WRITE... You can see in the attached screenshot the relevant part of the URL and the marked line in the authorization text. Am I missing something?

Remove options from drop down/lookup field?
Hello, I am creating an app that has 2 forms (Entry Form and Teams). In the "Entry Form" is a lookup field to the "Teams" report. In "Entry Form" I also have a drop down list that could have the same values as the "Teams" report, not sure which is best to use but I am guessing the lookup field? What we want to happen is that when a user selects a TEAM on the "Entry Form" app for that TEAM to be disabled, or no longer able to be selected by another user. Outlook Office 365 Integration
I have just activated Office 365 integration. I can see in my Outlook, emails sent from Zoho and also events in my calendar. In the opposite direction it does not work. I mean, I can´t see in Zoho CRM what i do in Outlook (sent emails and calendar). I'd appreciate any help, Thanks in advance.

Card Scaner Language
I have a problem, the card scanner does not read Greek, so i have to questions. Will you add Greek Language, I do not thing that is difficult there are many apps supporting it Why we can not just scan as pdf the card or as very light photo so we can upload it to crm with mobile data and also do not spend recources on your side. The photos are Heavy so i have to change my camera setting each time i take a photo as attachment in CRM
Document attachment limit in onboarding
Is there a 10 document limit under Zoho People - Onboarding - Document & Policies? I uploaded files to Organization files and when i go to Onboarding - Documents & Policies - Documents to be Read, those files show up in the dropdown list and I can choose them and add them. However, if I add more then 10 documents I get a server error and it wont allow more then 10 documents to be attached. Anyone else have this issue? Is there a workaround or am I doing something wrong?

Zobot does not include links in transcript
I have a bot that will reply to a customer with links: The script has an image and a url attached to the reply. I have noticed that in my chat transcripts the links do not appear? here is an example. In this example -- After Bishop says, "Okay lets check out this support page." A link to the support page is displayed in the chat, but as you can see in the transcript it is not there. Do I have to add the link/URL to a reply so it will be displayed? Bishop Okay lets check out this support page.
Tasks in Project Template not being populated in "New Project"
I'm creating projects from Template Projects that have Tasks pre-populated. When I perform the "New Project" action and use a template, the tasks are not being copied over from the template. Delays on Send/Receive causing duplicates on IMAP
I seem to be getting delays on my users send receive using Outlook 2016. Which seems to be causing duplicate emails to be created. Example: Item comes to Inbox, rule sorts email to a folder, or it gets deleted. Another email shows up in the Inbox 1-5 minutes later. This could be repeated a few times. We noticed this issue starting around 2pm Central Time July 23th 2019.

Tracking Customer emails on Outlook through Zoho
Hi there, I have integrated my Microsoft email to Zoho and correctly so, Zoho now displays my email logs and conversations into assigned contacts. However, when going into colleagues accounts, I can not see emails that should be tracked. How do I ensure all emails are displayed on Zoho?

Unable to create a sub-section with the wanted name
Hi Zoho, I recently wanted to create sections and sub-sections to articles. I was trying different names and seeing which one was looking best. When deciding that I would definitely name a sub-section as "installation", I could not do so anymore, and would receive an "unable to process your request" message. I simply removed the last letter (n) and it worked as "installatio", however, I really wish to name the sub-section as "installation". Could you please remove the "unable to process" refusal
