Can Zoho Creator Groups be nested?
Can the "Groups" be nested? Ref: http://help.creator.zoho.com/Manage-Groups.html In my Creator application I would like to create an hierarchy of access by means of using groups. E.g. employee group has assess to 2 views and manager group has access to the same 2 views and 1 additional view. So that I share with 2 views with the employee group, make manager group a member employee group and only share the 1 view to the manager group rather than having to share all the 3 views to the manager group.

Is it possible to verify my domain name without a web hosting? I wanted to have an email ID setup with a customized domain name. I have no need of setting up a website. So I bought the domain name from "I want my name" and then I bought the Mail Lite Plan from Zoho mail for having my own email. Now I am told to verify my domain name using a DNS Manager for which I need to pay for web hosting. Is there another way around it?

Can you help to advise as to how to retrieve all contacts under a particular campaign inside the Zoho CRM. I have multiple contacts under that campaign that I have to export out to excel/csv so that I can manipulate the data/info. I tried using the report tab and create a CRM report with the columns that I needed.. all seems well with the exception that i cannot have a column with the accounts name (meaning to say, there's no column title Accounts Name). Hello, I about 40 mins ago I was reviewing emails in my spam folder and I accidently deleted the entire contents of the folder before I was done reviewing. Hello all. I'm going thru a trial of several Zoho products, mainly CRM and help desk. Am I correct in assuming that if I add an Account and/or a Contact on the CRM side, this would automatically sync over to the Help Desk portal? It doesn't seem to be working, at least not very well. Renaming a tasklist when suing a template
Hi, I created a tasklist with tasks, which I converted into a model. My goal is to create multiple tasklists using this model. However, when you create a new tasklist from a model, you can´t name it. It take the template´s name by default. You have to edit the newly created tasklist afterward. It would be great if the renaming is available in the new "tasklist with model" panel.

When I delete a Lead in Zoho CRM, does it delete the Contact and Account?
We're logging Leads from Twitter engagement and as you might imagine, many of those "Leads" aren't leads but might still be valid Contacts or Accounts. When you Delete a Lead, it seems like it Deletes the record entirely. Does it? It should retain the Contact/Account and only delete the Lead.

Self-referencing table is critical for allowing sub-record (sub-task, sub-milestone, etc.) management. If you have a Task form, you might want to allow your users to structure their work in a task/sub-task way. Zoho Project allow such feature. Unable to select photos from "Gallery"
Hi. When creating a photo card, or inserting a photo into a text card, I am unable to choose photos from my phone's photo gallery. I can select "gallery" from the options on the screen (at the bottom, next to "photo" and "document") and then go onto select a picture to include - however, after that, the app returns to the camera view, and ignores the photo that I selected. This is on an iphone 6S, iOS 12.
