How do I get workflow emails to sync with Zoho CRM?
I would like for the workflow emails that we have set up to sync with the contacts in Zoho CRM much the same way that Campaigns sync. If I send a campaign, I can see the activity in CRM but with the workflow emails, I cannot. Is this possible?

Hi I'm trying to invite or re-invite end users to join to Zoho Desk, but if their email provider is google mail they don't receive the email, but Zoho Desk inform that teh email was sent. The email is not in the anti-spam too. If I sent a ticket by email and answered, they received the email What´s wrong ?
Email tracking
I would like to store email communications with the corresponding contact. I see that i can do that if I am sending an email from the system. Is there a way to store emails not sent? In other systems, I have seen that there is an email address that I can bcc that will go to the system and be connected with the corresponding contact. Is that possible in Zoho? Or is there another way to collect emails that are not sent directly from ZOHO? Thanks!

Hi there We are using the Professional Edition with CRM with Mail Addon to synch with Google Mails. We have additional 15 GB, but for one user it exceeds and his e-mails are not synched anymore. Limitation of fields in free version?

mail sent to gmail goes directly to spam
Hi TKIM and SPF are configured and verified. E-mails coming from zoho to my personal gmail account are going directly to the spam folder. How can I solve this? I can send you guys the headers privately if you need to.

I have a form which will be filled by the same person but depending on the value of a Field (e.g. USA / Europe) the list of users who have permission to view the report changes. i.e. User A should only be able to see fields having Field set to USA and User B should be able to see all fields. Cannot create fodlers/subfolders
Hello, Completely out of the blue, I cannot create folders or subfolders! Whatever I do, I get this error message: Error while adding new folder (You are not allowed to create folder with this name.) Also, when I tried to ask Zoho, I got an error message and the message was not created. I really don't see any issue with the account, so, I am confused. Is it a system issue? Update: I tried with 2 different browsers, I used Private/Incognito mode, cleared cache/cookies. The problem is there.

Add a related record using deluge?
Hi, I would like to add records using deluge so they appear in a subform. For example, if I have a company form with a subform relating to a contacts form, I would like to programmatically create contact records so they show up in the correct parent record's subform. Account Inactive - Captcha not working
Hi there, my account of info@moneycoach24.net is not working. I entered a wrong password a couple of times because the password reset was not working. Now it tells me "Account inactive".
