I'm trying to set up a web page (view) where I can select a random record from a report and display that record only. I want the record selected to change randomly each time the page is loaded. Can anyone think of a way to accomplish this?
A word of caution before switching to ZOHO ONE
To those in another edition of Zoho CRM that are considering switching to Zoho One, make sure you're not over the standard allotted storage limit before you proceed. i.e. anyone using BCC Dropbox and paying for extra storage. There is no extra storage option in Zoho One as of yet, so you will not be able to BCC any new emails with attachments. This may not apply to a huge swath of users but for those that it does it will save you a huge headache until they sort this out.
How to send invoice in mail with image from zoho creator.

Creating a SMS Sender ID for zoho messaging.
We are looking at using sms to notifiy external users on the progress of their on-line application forms. I have created a test function which can send an sms to a designated phone. In real live I will take the phone number off a form and pass that to the SMS send function. However we would like a sender ID to appear instead of the default sender phone number with the sms message so the recipient knows it's from our company. Is this possible with the ZOHO Creator default sms facility? if so where
Pick List
I have created a form with City as a field. I have it as a dropdown with imported cities. If a city is not in the list, how can I add it without editing the app list? Can I script it such as the "+" plus sign?

Server not Reachable while attempting migration
Hi, we have had 3 migration attempts with very minimal success. The majority of our users are not yet migrated. I am trying to start a 4th migration and over the last few days have been receiving the message "Server not Reachable". I have attached relevant screenshots.

What does it mean when a recipient of a mailer is shown to have opened it "12 times" (for example)? Are they forwarding it off to others? Or are they literally opening the mailer "12 times"?

Hello, Can you force LTR on ticket subject when sent in an email? When using Zoho Desk with an LTR language like Arabic, the Case ID left and right identifiers (the hashes #) gets confused due to language change ("RE:" + number & LTR language) see image below. Mail merge activity
Hello , I was wondering if theres a way to track activity of mail merge documents activity. For example everytime we get a new client they have to receive a welcome packet and not all of our clients have emails (servicing senior citizens) , so sometimes we have to print it for them. I realized theres no "tracker events". I also noticed that when you email from the mail merge view the system doesnt log the email in activities. Is there some type of workaround ? Thanks.

I have created 16 stages for the many steps in our sales processes and have associated them with probabilities using the Potential Module probability mapping feature, however, my boss would like to set the stages as sub categories under 6 main Categories I was thinking I could use the Forecast Category or Type in the Probability Mapping feature, but couldn't see if i could run reports or list views of opportunities using the Forecast Category or Type. How do you run reports using Forecast Categories?

Identify Workers Not Assigned Any Tasks
Hi - I have an application that assigns tasks to workers. Form 1 collects the employee name, and Form 2 assigns tasks with due dates to employees, using a lookup field from Form 1. I would like to create a report or page that identifies any employees who do not have any tasks assigned to them. Please let me know if you have a solution to do this. Thanks.

I've recently viewed a webinar from the Zoho CRM resources page on Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns Integration. I believe it was recorded in August 2017 by Taylor Backman? In the webinar he references "major" updates coming to Zoho Campaigns, at about the 14 minute mark. Have these changes been implemented yet? I've been following along in the Announcements section but have not seen anything regarding this? Thanks!

In particular, I am subscribed to a daily Internet Threat Intelligence report and I would like to scrape the IP addresses out of, and save them as a csv file so I can then automate a process to get them added into my firewall. Getting CRM to Sync with Campaings
We use Zoho CRM in our company and I am trying to get it to sync properly with Campaigns, but not having luck. We have Accounts set up with fields. We sell several brands / products. For each account, we use a pick list to determine if an account is a dealer (currently buying) or a target (not buying yet) for a brand / product. It's a simple pick list. I want to be able to create a List (in Campaigns that we send emails to) that includes Dealers for a product or another list for Targets for a product.
Problems... "Error while processing!"
Hello, I started receiving the "Error while processing!" message today. I am unable to send email from the browser. Composing messages generates a similar error. I restarted Chrome, then upgraded Chrome to the latest version. Neither helped. This appears to be a server side issue. See attached image. The problem is not present in Firefox. Unable to view Campaign reports of other user campaign
Hi, Love the new design, great job! We have an issue with not being able to view bounce reports from one user in Zoho Campaigns to another user. We are both administrators of the Zoho Campaign module, but I am not able to see the report of another user campaign. Is there any setup that we have not followed? Can you help/advice on this matter?
