Getting CRM to Sync with Campaings

We use Zoho CRM in our company and I am trying to get it to sync properly with Campaigns, but not having luck.

We have Accounts set up with fields. We sell several brands / products. For each account, we use a pick list to determine if an account is a dealer (currently buying) or a target (not buying yet) for a brand / product. It's a simple pick list.

I want to be able to create a List (in Campaigns that we send emails to) that includes Dealers for a product or another list for Targets for a product. I want to have it sync with CRM, based on how we edit those fields under the account in CRM.

So,

Let's say we have an account named Bobs Burgers. In the account field, we have pick list fields for the products we sell or want to sell Bobs. Similar to the below. We sell Bobs Plates and Cups currently, but we don't sell him Napkins, but we want to.

Plates - Dealer

Cups - Dealer

Napkins - Target

I want to have lists in Campaigns for Plates Dealers, Plates Targets, Cups Dealer, Cups Target, Napkins Dealer, Napkins Target.

I want to send a campaign to say, all of my Plates Targets

I want to send a campaign to say, all of my Plates Dealers

If I change the pick list for an account that WAS a Plate Target, but is NOW a Plate Dealer, I want them to come off my Plates Target list, and be added to my Plates Dealers list.

I was hoping that Campaigns sync would work this way, but I can't seem to make it happen.

Any ideas?
