Email glehmann@zoho.com, hosted georgelehmann@its4you.net and pop3 georgelehmann@cox.net all get blocked with the error Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Email Outgoing Blocked. Clicking on the link https://mail.zoho.com/UnblockMe not helpful as it indicates security issue - see PDF'd screen shot. Please fix, or reply with what we need to do to fix it on our end. Cannot add alias or log in with phone number ( for confirmation ).
We cannot add alias or log in using phone number. We need to do these things to be able to change the shovel@ address to webmaster@ address. We have read through various 'unable to add alias' forum posts and it seems that resolution sometimes depends on action your tech support take. If so, we would ask that our account be enable to perform these actions. Or, can you explain why we get these error messages and how to avoid ?

Why does invoicing not work equally with timesheet feature
Hello, It appears there is a bug in the books "invoicing" module. You can create an invoice inside of time sheet and it attaches to a project (it even adds the "project title" below the main title BUT you can not create or have already created a regular invoice and attach it to a project. Which means all of the invoices created prior to a project have no way to attach. Please advise. Ryan.

i have seen some post relating to using send mail and with in the email it contains a link to the record to edit the record. However I want to know if it is possible to have a URL to actually update a record, with out the user ever having to open the form? Use case would be something like a invite email and with in the email they either hit a will attend button or a will not attend button and this will update the forms accordingly.

Create New Task 90 Days after field update
Hello, I have a date field; "Last Contact BD Interaction". This field is kept updated by a custom function, triggered when people lodge a completed Task or Call against a contact. It is never manually updated. I would like to use a Workflow Task to automatically create a "follow up X contact" task, 90 days after the "Last Contact BD Interaction". This should be assigned to the contact owner. Workflow 1 (attached) is not working. Does anyone have a suggestion as to the best way to go about this?

Hi, I getting this message 'Unable to connect to messaging server.' continuously regardless of what I do. Also, the system has been playing up today intermittently and has reported on the odd occasion that I don't have the required permissions. Zoho Desk Product Scroll Does Not work
Hi Members, I'm trying Zoho Desk and surely, product looks solid. I'm running into bit of a problem here with scroll menu in product section. I have created a customer account and logged in via customer credentials. I've also added around 15 products. The scroll menu in products section on customer portal does not seem to work. I am trying to integrate zoho subscriptions with my web application. I have my own database of users which is going to hold information regarding its zoho subscription status to enable, or disable certain features of the website. By my current understanding, this is what I would expect the process to be: 1. When a user clicks subscribe on my web application, it is re-directed to a zoho hosted payment page, and provides identifying information about which user subscribed (I would assume, as url parameters)
Outgoing messages are not going
Good day. One of our mailboxes ( angela @ mint . ae ) reached size limit of 5 Gb and stopped sending emails. We performed mailbox cleanup, (currently only 53% space used) but outgoing emails are still not working. May I ask support to check whether this mailbox was blocked and unblock it if it was blocked. In case it was not blocked please advice best course of action.
