Age Bands
I have a column of ages (called Age) on one of my table and i want to create a formula column that groups these ages into age bands - something like this if("Age">=0 and "Age"<5,'0-4') if("Age">=5 and "Age"<12,'5-11') if("Age">=12 and "Age"<18,'12-18') if("Age">=18,`Above 18') Is it possible, any help would be appreciated.
save as (another table/report)

Limits on Import Number
I'm attempting to import all of the records from a Knack.com database. Knack only allows calling 1000 records at a time. The object has over 1000 records so I need to request the records until it has them all. I'm not very good at coding or java. I've attached what I've got so far. Anyone able to help?
Resizing KPI widgets
Hi, I'm having an issue where some KPI widgets have resized and are not displaying the information. I attempt to resize them larger to show the information but it's not working. In the attached image you can see the original size of the widgets I had on the dashboard. I'm still not sure why they resized. I can hover the cursor over them and the blue line appears but won't let me resize it.

Content-Type is header not set correctly

Messages sometimes go to Quarantine, sometimes not
I am having issues with the quarantine function on the site - sometimes the messages I have been receiving straight to my inbox, end up going into my quarantine - for no reason. Low open rate
Could someone help me explain why my open rate is so low. I totally sent 1229 emails and got only 5.1% unique opened rate. Most of the unopened email are from gmail. The campaign is posted on 23 May, 2017 and the name is "5/25 Toll Brothers Highland East Open House Tour".
Zoho Sync for iPhone - Mark as read
I setup Zoho Sync on my iPhone according to these instructions: https://zsync.zohosites.com/iPhone.html I am now able to receive and send emails on my iPhone. However, when I read an email on my iPhone (iOS 10) it is not marked as read in the Zoho web app. Is it possible to make that happen? I realize I can also use IMAP, but I want push notifications.

I'm a zoho customer for 3 years and my email account - frankz@newlandmagazine.com.au I've been using mail.zoho.com simply by inputting username and password to send and receive email from 2013 and no configurations have ever been changed since then. but strangely, sending email from my account works fine...so I guess it's not my problem? I uploaded some photos with faulty dimensions. How do I delete these photos? Essential because max upload capacity reached. This should be simple! I have recommended Zoho to many people and it seems like everybody is very excited about it initially and then just give up along the way. It is such a great idea, why is it so difficult?
can't export contacts
I add new contacts regularly and send a quarterly newsletter using email campaigns so I have to export my contacts to a csv file and import to my campaign contact list. Every time I have to do this the contacts won't export. The box appears to choose the file type, I choose CSV and click export, I see a message flash very quickly saying something like "waiting for zoho," and then nothing happens. Not receiving emails
I signed up for an account yesterday. I tried out some tester emails, and everything seemed to be working fine, but as of this morning my Zoho account has not received any of my emails. I know this, because I have my account set up to forward my mail to a Gmail address as well. All of my mail shows up in the forwarding account, but it's not showing up in my proper Zoho account. Group Email Goes To Sub-Folder Not Inbox
Hi, We have domain ABC, and I setup a group (group@abc.com). The issue is, as emails to group@abc.com started getting received, each recipient had a folder automatically created called ABC Inbox, which is under the Inbox. How do I prevent this and have the emails sent to group@abc.com go to the individual's inboxes, not this sub-folder under each of their inboxes? Thanks!

Zoho campaigns to CRM - campaign not showing against contact
I've successfully sent marketing emails via Zoho campaigns, where synch contacts from CRM to Campaigns, send the email and then in CRM each contact has the campaign in the campaign area of their contact record and the member status changes (open, click etc.) It hasn't worked this time though.
