Average weekly visitors
Hello, I count daily visitors, have unique names. Users want to have the statistics, where they see average Distinct weekly visitors in a month. Lets say first week I had 11 distinct Visitors . Next week I had 15 distinct visitors. So the proper calculation would be that I had (11+15)/2 = 13 .. on avarage in one week I had 13 distinct visitors. Is it possible to do this in Pivot report? It gets more complicated when I have the whole month andin this month 4.5 weeks, I have then to do the maths as:(11+15+12+17+6)/4.5.

Account disabled issue
Hello, Yesterday I created an account with you guys using the Google sign-in page. I created everything, I have setup the domain and such. After that, I went into https://accounts.zoho.com > profile > email addresses and changed the gmail account with the one that I created right now so I can disconnect Google and remain only with the Zoho account. Shortly after that, I just got locked out with the account disabled message. When I tried to login again with google, did nothing, just was recognized

Importing CSV file in Zoho addressbook format loses work address details

Problem with Delete action in Workflows / Rules
Hi, When I delete an invoice, I'm trying to get his Sales Order Id to update a field on the Sales Order related to that invoice, but the fact is that the Delete action enables me to get that ID when I send an email or via webhook, but not in a custom function. I would like to include a form field (a hidden one) that includes some code (PHP?) that indicates the last page that was visited before reaching our contact us page form. The reason for this is that our Contact page is common to all of our products and I need to know which page they visited before they filled out the form. Account Hacked?
Hi, I suddenly started getting lots (200+ per day) backscatter emails, which started about 3 days ago and are continuing. I immediately changed my password and then checked in my sent items. At the time that the backscatter started I can see about 6 emails in my sent items which are typical spam and do not originate from me. I presume that this means that my account was hacked. However, why does the amount of backscatter I am getting so greatly exceed the number of emails in the sent folder? And

16 clicks to preview for 1 correction on an email template
I just did a click count and found that it took ~16 clicks to preview the content of an email template. If I have to make any edits I'll have to redo the ~16 clicks... Feature request: save more than one filter
Hello everybody. The filter section that can be used in different places is useful, but it could be much more useful if the user could save more than one filter. For example, when the user clicks "save flter" the page could ask for a filter name, and a "saved filters list" could appear somewhere in that section allowing to apply in a single click different conditions. Activity Report Export; ordered by activity owner; report comes back blank
Hi, I am trying to export an activity report. I can export it when I just leave in the default view, but as soon as I order the activities by activity owner, the report I export comes back empty. I have tried it both in Chrome and IE I have tried it on two different computers. the report is about 50 entries, so nowhere near either 20.000 or 2000 entries. has this got to do with the plan I am on? I have full admin access, but could it be a permission thing? has anyone experienced and fixed this
How to map to a domain with folder?
We need to map the zoho sites to www.icdis.org/2018, how to do so? We tried several ways and all failed. It wont' allows the folder "/2018" on Zoho domain setting. We called the Domain company (ours is enom.com) and were told they have no way to handle the folder. That means, only zoho can do help? Please help. -Jet
Bounced email
I have a problem with the bounced emails. Some contacts for some reason are show like bounced, but in fact the already exist and I need them in zoho campaigns, because they are really important for the campaign that i want to sent. There is any chance that i can add it to the contact list? Like accepting the fact that maybe noone will receive the e-mail, but at least that the e-mail will be there. Please and thank you:)

Sent messages are gone
I'm using Zoho web mail client in the Chrome browser. Today all my Sent messages just disappeared. How can that happen? There four messages in my Sent folder now. What's going on? There are no filters enabled. Also , when I'm doing search I can't find sent messages that surely must be there. Hey, Zoho, what did you do with my data? I still need many of those emails.
