My emails occasionally go into recipient's trash or spam account
I have repeatedly had my emails sent to the trash or spam mailboxes of the person I'm emailing, including individuals who had successfully received them earlier. This seems to make no sense, but only happens with my Zoho email, not my other providers. And it keeps happening, which means I don't really know if the intended recipient has actually received what I sent them. Any fixes for this?

ResponseCode 421 when emailing AOL users
There seems to be an issue with emailing from out domain to anyone with an @aol.com. Zoho Mail on custom gTLD domain

I need to set up an app for our people in the field to be able to see dashboards in advanced CRM and reports, and also be able to search for projects. I have successfully added 12 users, however, now i am unable to add any further users, i am getting an (Error Occured While Adding User) message. Hi, We have a Lead Source pick list in Leads and one in opportunities but they aren't the same but seem to be mapped??? If they are mapped after they were created separately would this be the problem? The reason we want them the same is some of our leads we pass onto distributors so they will never be converted and an opportunity created under that company but we still want to be able to track the conversion of these. Access Denied to Sites for Admin
After experimenting with your free version and speaking with your sales team, I went ahead and purchased a Standard annual plan for Zoho Mail. One of the features that attracted me during the free trial was the app SITES. However, once I paid, I am receiving an ACCESS DENIED message and unable to login into SITES. As I am the only user on my account and am logged in as Administrator I am not sure how to proceed as it seems to be a rights issue. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Scott

Hi 2nd Post, Creating a view list from Contacts for a mass email. When i create the view list i find have several duplicated contacts. Further investigation after doing a deduplicate i find that the contacts aren't actually duplicated, but rather that the list created has generated the same contact for each product that is listed on the Contact page. So for example a contact with the name Tom Jones who has four products would be listed four separate times on the view. Looking for a solution to eliminate
