Zoho Books - Zoho Checkout Integration
In the month of January, we released Zoho Checkout - an application through which you can accept online payments for your business through personalized payment pages. This month, we have integrated Zoho Checkout and Zoho Books for you to handle taxes and accounting on your payment pages with ease. Click here, to read more about this integration.
View daily API Usage
If you are a developer who uses the APIs present in Zoho Books' to make calls on a daily basis, you will find this feature very handy. You can now keep track of the API Usage for your Zoho Books organization for that particular day. Click on your Reports module to view the API Usage and keep a note of your Used API Calls and Remaining API Calls.
Custom Button for More Customization
If you need to perform an action while viewing an invoice, you can do so by creating a custom button for the particular action and applying it to the invoice. Say you would like to apply a discount or add a late fee to selected invoices, all you have to do is just click on the created Custom button, et voila, it's done! Read More on Custom Buttons.
Note: Right now Custom Button feature is available only for users under the Professional plan of Zoho Books. We are working on adding it to our other plans as well.
'Out of Stock' warning
Every time you raise an invoice, it is not possible to evaluate the total stock kept on hand. To monitor this, you can set pop-up alerts from within Zoho Books, which will automatically trigger a message if items are out of stock.
Show Total Amount in Words
While it's mandatory for some countries to show the total amount on the Invoice in words, it's also a benefit for you because now you and your client can be doubly sure of the amount in an Invoice, Estimate, Retainer Invoice or on a Payment Receipt.
Personalize your Zoho Books organization to go with your brand
With the latest update in Zoho Books, you can set up a custom domain to add a favicon to your Zoho Books organization to further enhance and increase the prominence of your brand. Read More.
