I have been unable to get any sessions work with those browsers. Internet Explorer has had some success, but not 100%.
Odd problem with email on iOS devices

Unknown Host
We are unable to send or receive mail through Zoho using our Office365 server this morning. The error message is " The Server could not be connected. Check whether the Server is available to connect in the given name and port number. The account is disabled now, and when I try and enable it, it says that outlook.office365.com is an unknown host. It has been working fine for months, until this morning. Ideas on how to fix it?
Past Events in Agenda View
Dear Zoho Team, Agenda View has an issue that shows past events first in the list of Agenda View. I didn't find any customization to do not show past events in the agenda as they are from the past and I'm not interested in seeing them. Thanks, Mariano.
IMAPPRO is not working since yesterday
Imap connection/sync with outlook2013 is not working since yesterday Error="is not possible to stablish conection with server". I'm unable to download emails to outlook. I've tried to change imappro to imap but the results are the same. smtp is working fine. Coul you please help in troubleshoting this? Thanks

Zoho Forms to Zoho CRM products
I have created a product order form using Zoho Forms. The form is integrated with Zoho CRM, creating an Account with each order. In the form, a customer can check the products he/she wants to order (up to four, using a checkbox field). These four products exist in the CRM's Product module. I would like to link each selected product in the Form to the CRM's product. How is this possible?
How to Import old ticket database

Ticket Priority Items
I added new Ticket Priority list items and removed the older ones.... However, the older ones still display in my user portal. (see attached)... I opened Setup > Customize > Layouts and re-saved the Tickets layput but this has not helped... I still see the deleted Priority status items in the drop-down list

Function calling is not supported from Component Criteria error problem
I have several working conditional data highlighting in reports with the format xxx.before.today.subDay(90) to highlight data fields older than 90 days. In the last week or so, if i try to add more or to change the 90 days to 60 days i get the error message "Function calling is not supported from Component Criteria" and can't update the change. How do I merge 2 accounts that appear to have the same name
I am evaluating Zoho. I imported about 10k contacts, and then tried to add a new contact for a new individual at a company that was in the original upload. I now have 2 Accounts with the same name. a) How do I merge them b) When I create new contacts in the future, how can I select account name from a list of existing account names to avoid recurrence of this problem.
Problems with syncronization and spam
Hi Zoho, Recently I have transferred my domain mails to Zoho. All users are receiving and sending e-mails through MS Outlook 2013, and we are facing 2 problems: 1 - When the e-mail is sent, 2 copies are saved at "Sent" folder: one is saved as a normal e-mail and the other as a spam mail. 2 - When synchronizing the e-mails, frequently we have an error (0x800CCC0F) that force us to send/receive couple of times till it works. What is the best way to generate a call list?
Hello everyone. Hoping that someone else has come up with a solution to my issue. If I understand the flow correctly (Salesforce trained) Leads to Contacts linked to Accounts. Deals link to Contacts. With this in mind when I contact a lead I create a call. Then I schedule a call. Once I have qualified them then they become a contact. So far so good. My problem is that when I need to call them back, and I have scheduled a call they don't show up in today's calls. If I goto the Activity tab

Problems with ActiveSync
In the web mail interface I created a sub-folder under inbox and moved several emails into that folder. On my iPhone the folder is visible but without any contents and under outlook 2016 the whole folder is missing. Apart from that the ActiveSync is working really fine.

Hi. I am with problem login in in Zoho CRM, i got the message Unable to Process Your Request. I receive the invitation, but when i try to open the page it just hangs in a blank page... Blocked Account
I was notified that my account was blocked "WARNING : Mailbox size exceeded quota : 38,987 MB". I have spent the entire day moving the majority of my emails off of ZOHO and onto My Mac, but I have only seen a change of 5-6k MB less. WTF? Synch own Calendar and CRM Calender with Mac Kalender
Hi, i go through the installation description but i can't synch both my own Zoho Calender AND the Zoho CRM entries with my Mac Kalender. I set up the synch between Zoho CRM and Zoho Calendar. This is no problem. But when i go to settings and Synch iCalDav i can only choose my own calender from Zoho Calendar. So how can i synch both? thanks!

No notifications in iOS app

Delayed email to certain domain
Hi, I am today finding that I cannot send emails from my accounts (any @ncertechs.com.au Zoho address) to a @ncer.com.au address (which is hosted with Office 365). Other users can send to this domain just fine, it's only the Zoho ones that can't get through. The emails appear to go through ok, but 4 hours later I receive an automated message informing me that the email was delayed. Are there routing issues or outages at the moment? Can someone please investigate and resolve the issue for me please?
