Transaction failed during payment
Hi, I was buying subscription of member portal in ZOHO sites. I have buying through credit card payment of Rs 240 monthly. The transcation have failed. However, deducted Rs 240 but product have not activated. So, The amount will be refunded or activate the product latter.
How do i close my account?

I have reached maximum alias limit
Due to my business, I have to create about 5 alias per day for my customer. However, my account has reached maximum alias limit and it cause a big problem. I want to upgrade my alias to unlimited. Sent Items being stored twice using Outlook 2016 and IMAP/SMTP
When sending mail using Outlook 2016, I have unticked "save copy in sent folder", however I still find every message duplicated in the Sent folder. Is there any way to prevent this?

Moving from one lead to the next in Zoho Campaigns module of CRM
Currently when looking at a lead in the Zoho Campaigns module of the CRM, you can't go directly to the next lead on the list. Instead, when you hit the back arrow (next to edit) it takes you back to the top of the campaign page. This is very time consuming. Please add a feature to be able to easily move to the next lead in the list.
Trying to add new CRM user AND create zoho mail account at same time.
We are trying to add a new employee user account to the CRM system. Our company email is hosted by zoho. We can create a user account, but are asked for an email address. We can enter the one we want to use, but that is not yet set up in zoho mail, and we therefore cannot verify the account. Have tried approaching the mail account first, creating that then trying to create a CRM user linked to it, but really getting in a pickle and not able to find a successful resolution. Zoho Mail Filter send to Zoho Projects to create Bug. NO WAY TO VERIFY PROJECTS EMAIL!
We are using both Zoho Mail and Zoho Projects. I've set up a filter in Zoho Mail to forward requests from our Service Desk application (OSTicket) to our zoho projects submit bug email (theatlantacenter_infosystems@bugs.zohoprojects.com). The issue is that Zoho Mail will not act on this filter until the zoho projects submit bug email is verified. Can anyone shed any light on this?
Can I use :ui.add() function to add both dropdown code and description?
I am successfully built a dynamic drop down list using the :ui.add() function. However, does anyone know how do I control the dropdown code vs dropdown display value? The :ui.add() function seems to be able to work well for just the Code or it sets the generated HTML for Dropdown the same value for both code and description. The following is my code in the On User input trigger of the Country_Lookup field. The last statement will setup my State_Dropdown field dynamically. v_country_rec = Lookup_Codes

Suggestion: allow users to reply to automated emails from Zoho which would in turn update the relevant record accordingly. For example, a colleague mentions @ my name on a Lead for which I receive an email notification from Zoho. It would be great if I could reply to that email (instead of having to go through to the CRM) & my reply would automatically make its way to the Lead.

Hi, I want to change the sending date of my autoresponder from 4 days to 6 days. When i am going to change this, does this mean the people that subscribe the mailing list on 15-7-2016, will receive the same e-mail on 19th july and also on 21th of july? Hi! I'm trying to create a form for the first time. We would need a form for a time sheet that we have had on paper before. There, the employees would need to report arrival and departure time at a job. Is it possible to get the program to calculate the time spent at this job? If yes, my next question is: Can I get a report for an employee from one date to another date (say, a month, for time reporting for salaries) from all the entries? Can I also get a report of hours spent at one certain customer?

I found this out the HARD way by having Zoho Books charge my clients early (even though I asked Zoho and they told me differently) but when you use the Create, Send, & Charge feature with Recurring Invoices the charge is automatic on the day the invoice generates, not the due date. I would like to see the option to pick a charge date, or have Books give the option to charge immediately or on the due date. A lot of times even though the amount doesn't change clients like to see the invoice early

Lead Source in Custom Views
When I create a custom view, I have to select the criteria. I am interested in viewing by using lead source. When I drop down the box, I see all the standard options as well as the lead sources that were imported from Hubspot, but I am currently importing lists with a different lead source. I made a lead source column in the csv file and gave it the name I would like it to have, but that lead source does not appear in my criteria for a custom view. How do I get a new lead source to appear there?
Web Lead Form not using correct dates
Hi, I have a form on my site which creates a lead on my CRM system: http://www.thesafaricollection.com/contact/ All works fine, except the 'Travel dates to.' field randomly inserts an incorrect date. Stage and probability mapping for Contact stage
I want to change our set-up so that instead of the pipeline reading information from the potential stages it reads from the contact stages. i.e the contact stage will be won/lost but the potential will never change... I have a Standard Account, but in the overview (compare plans) I cannot find in which plan Email integration is available. Note that I am only 1 user, I read some posts that this is only possible in Enterprise, with a minimum of 2 accounts?
