Hello I am getting an error with response code 421, 4.7.0 Temporaily Differed when i am sending to users at gmail id. Also they are not receiving my emails. Can you please suggest me a solution.

Search returns no (or limited) results.
The Search tool in Zoho Mail is not working properly as of today. When searching for a keyword I know to be present in nearly 100 emails, I'm getting zero returns. For emails visible in my immediate inbox I'll search for a keyword that is present in several emails, but it only results in one return. My search options are set to "Entire message" and "Search in all folders."

Custom functions email commands not working all of sudden
We have been using custom functions to send email alerts to our admin and our customers. As of May 23, this has stopped working and we are getting errors on our custom functions failures tab saying: error in executing send mail task. Please help as soon as you can as this is how we retrieve quote requests from our leads. This is very urgent and very upsetting!
ZOHO CRM Reports Displaying Incorrect Data
We have tried various ways to view and export reports, but have run into issues with them displaying inaccurate data. We basically only use sales orders and product line items, then export that information. However, say a customer orders with us, when we run a report or export for some of the records it will show an incorrect number of line items, duplicating a line item a couple of times. :-( For example, John Smith orders one "Product A" and two "Product B". PO generation is broken

one of my email address does not receive emails
I have setup 3 emails addresses under @vinumconservatorthai.com. Under the account settings it shows all 3 as enabled. Two of them can send and receive emails, the third one, ann@, can neither send nor receive emails. When emails are sent to that address from another server, they do not come back as undeliverable. It must go into the Zoho ether! Seriously, what is the problem? Thanks

HI, My POP is configured with "Delete emails from the Server, when POP client issues a Delete command", but is there no way to avoid that these are NOT moved into the Trash but deleted completely ? Thanks
Company vs Account in Lead Record
We do not want to use the Company field in the Lead record because it can result in duplicate Account records once the Lead is converted. We would prefer to add the Account record first and then add a Lead record under that Account. The standard Add Lead screen does not have an Account field, so I added a lookup to the Account record. Now I want that Account value to carry over once the Lead is converted to a Contact, but the Account field is not present on the Convert Lead Mapping screen. How

Can I change the field type value of a custom created field? For example, I created a picklist and now i realize that I should have done it as a multi-picklist. Is there a way to simply change the type or do I have to create a new custom field? If I have to create a new field can I (1) copy the values I have already added (do i have to retype each one) and (2) does the deleted custom field count against my 150 ?
