Add label to checkbox

custom field formula string outputing carriage return
Hello, I have created a custom field returning a string, (that I display in a Inventory template), I would like to be able to insert some carriage return in that string. Let me know if we can output that, i have tried <br> or \n but it just prints those characters. Thanks
configuring alias email address
I'm wondering here if paid zoho email supports email alias but free personal zoho email does not. There is no add alias menu item visible as described in zoho help docs. There is a personalize-send_mail_as and also email_forwarding_and_pop/smtp but I don't think these apply for aliases. Here is my configuration: Thunderbird email client is using pop/smtp for email z@zoho.com. It operates fine sending and receiving. An email system which owns y@y.com is configured to forward email to z@zoho.com.
Update existing fields
We just added a formula to an existing field in Leads. Is there a way for the field to apply to all the existing leads?

HI there I am using business account for ZOHO and I have configure to domain RSA key from control panel, but still Gmail showing message - Gmail can't verify the actual Sender. Their foram says it is due to improper DKIM key but I have enable it. Can you suggest me what to do? Thanks.

How can I upload a complete folder, as far as I´ve tried I have been able to upload to Zoho one small file at a time. I have one thousand files in one folder. Can somebody help me? Pop up does not link to lead
We have instituted pop up reminders to call leads but when you see the pop up. It does not link to the lead. You have to go do a search. Are we missing something? Thanks

Hi I change my website hosting provider yesterday from Godaddy to 1&1 hosting and since then my Zoho email doesn't work. I think that I need to re-verify my domain but I do not see how. Keep Receive Spam Mail and Weird Attachment File
Dear Zoho Team, I have keep receive the spam since starting on 2016 onward until currently. As there is a suspicious weird email receive my email from myself. Could you help me to check for this problem? Besides, there is a weird attachment file receive from other unknown people and even myself (Refer to the screenshot picture JPEG). How to embed web form on Facebook
Hi all: I need to create a lead form in Facebook for people to request a product sample. I created my form and everything went fine, but I'm not getting the options to select embed, source, or iFrame. Also, I've seen another post on this forum where I should be getting tabs to select a specific supported site before selecting the code to use. So I have a user that has access to Zoho Connect and Zoho Recruit, I sent her an invitation for Zoho CRM. Instead of using the invitation link she navigated to Zoho CRM and created her own instance of Zoho CRM. How can I as a company administrator prevent this from happening? How can I close that CRM instance and give her access to the company version I set up?

Hello, Is there a way to add a custom field to our employees Personal Settings for a personalized Tracking Code/Promo Code? We want to have the ability for our sales team to have a tracking code for use in an email template.
