Zoho Mail  

Enhance group member exports with additional data fields

Customize your group member exports by including additional fields such as Role, Status, Post approval, Send using group email address, and Failure count. This gives you a complete view of your group data, making it easier to review, manage, and analyze member information.

Create smarter rules with multi-value operator support

Use the newly added operators in your rule criteria to match multiple values within a single condition. This eliminates the need to set up separate criteria for each value, helping better configuration of rules and manage time.

Export rules and alerts data to CSV for easy access

Export all or selected incoming and outgoing rules/alerts of your organization in CSV format, saved directly to your system. The file remains available for review, sharing, or reference whenever needed, making it easy to keep track of your configurations.

Zoho Calendar

Appointment Booking is now available in Zoho Calendar

Create a personalized booking page, share your availability, and let requesters schedule appointments directly from your calendar. Confirmed bookings are automatically added to both calendars, making scheduling effortless for everyone.
Customize booking hours, control availability, add your branding, and share your booking page via link, embed, or QR code — all from Zoho Calendar.

Allow delegates to book rooms on your behalf

Users with delegated access can now book meeting rooms on behalf of the calendar owner while creating events. Along with managing and sharing calendars, delegates can seamlessly reserve rooms within the organization, making event coordination more efficient.

Reschedule events with drag and drop 

You can now quickly reschedule events by dragging and dropping them directly within the calendar grid. Move events across dates in Month view, drag events from the expanded overflow list, or shift events between time slots in Day, Week, and Work views for faster schedule management.

Zoho Sheet is now available for free on Windows and macOS devices with both online and offline support. Open and edit your Excel files stored on your device locally when you're offline. Sign up only when you need to collaborate on, share, and publish those files.

Trident for Zoho Workplace

Import EML archives directly into Trident

You can now import EML archives into Trident alongside the existing PST import support. To reflect this, the setting previously known as “PST Files” has been renamed to “Import Email Files.” EML files must be provided as ZIP or TGZ archives, and once imported, they appear under the On my Mac/On my Device section without consuming any mailbox storage. 

Preview Microsoft Office files in Trident

You can now preview Microsoft Word and Excel documents directly in Trident, without needing to download or open them in a separate application.
