Zoho Mail
Default Calendar for New Events
When you create or add a new event, Zoho Calendar is now automatically selected as the default calendar, making event creation quicker and ensuring your event are added to your primary calendar by default.
Periodic Background Sync for Calendar
Zoho Calendar now supports periodic background synchronization, ensuring your events stay up to date across all your devices without requiring manual sync.
Translate Email Content
You can now translate emails written in other languages using the Translate option available under the More Options menu in the email preview.
Classification labels for Delegated Mailboxes
Classification labels are now available for delegated mailboxes, making it easier to organize, categorize, and manage emails.
Alphanumeric support for attachment extensions in rule conditions
Attachment extension validation in incoming and outgoing rule conditions now accepts both letters and numbers. You can now add extensions such as mp4, h264, or b2b to your rule conditions.
Set BCC email address as a condition in Outgoing Rules
You can now add a BCC Email Address as a condition when creating outgoing email rules, giving you greater control over how your emails are filtered and organized. This makes it easier to automate actions based on BCC recipients, helping you manage your emails more efficiently. Detect spam emails with the new "Is Spam Email" condition in Incoming Smart Alerts
Enhanced Domain Report in Zoho Mail Admin Console
You can now click on any domain to view detailed insights including DNS Records, Mail Traffic trends, and Audit Logs. The new Filter option also lets you narrow down domains by verification status, configuration type, or expiry. This makes it easier to monitor domain health and efficiently manage your organization's domains.
Zoho Calendar
Calendar Interoperability for Google Calendar
Bridge scheduling across Zoho Calendar and Google Calendar with Calendar Interoperability. Users on both platforms can securely view each other's Free/Busy status, making it easier to find meeting times without switching calendars. Configure it from the Zoho Mail Admin Console.
Zoho Calendar Mobile App updates
Find a time for meetings – Quickly identify the most suitable meeting time by viewing participant availability while scheduling events.
Free/Busy sharing – Set and update your Free/Busy status while creating events, making it easier for others to know your availability.
Appointment Booking – Share booking links or QR codes to let others schedule appointments based on your availability. (Android only)
Week Numbers – View week numbers across all calendar views, aligned with your preferred start-of-week setting. (iOS only)

Writer's desktop app now features the redesigned GUI, support for ODT, TXT, and Markdown formats, document imports up to 100 MB, and offline spell check with Zia. You can also configure editor and document settings and a default save location to save your documents.

Accessibility and usability improvements in Zoho Writer
Writer is now WCAG 2.2 Level AA compliant, with keyboard-based navigation and structured support for assistive technologies such as screen readers. We've also redesigned Distribute mode, added extensions in the Tools menu, and brought more formatting options to the top bar for quicker access.

Trident for Zoho Workplace
Forward emails as attachments
Previously, you could forward emails as an attachment only from the list view. Now, you can also access this option directly from the email detail view. The email is attached as an .eml file, ensuring that the original formatting and content are fully preserved.
Translate emails
You can now read your emails in your preferred language without having to leave your inbox. Simply select a translation language from over 70 available options, and Trident will instantly render the email in the language of your choice.
Unsubscribe from newsletters
You can now unsubscribe from mailing lists and newsletters directly from Trident with just a click. Once unsubscribed, emails from that sender will no longer reach your inbox. They'll automatically be moved to your Spam folder, keeping your inbox clean and distraction-free. Identify trusted brands at a glance
With Brand Indicators for Message Identification (BIMI), verified brands' logos are now displayed directly in your inbox. This lets you instantly recognize authenticated senders, adding an extra layer of trust and security to your email communication.

Schedule Cliq meetings in Trident
Create calendar events with Cliq meetings
Skip the extra setup when scheduling meetings with Cliq (audio and video), now available as a conference platform for calendar events. This lets you start meetings instantly from the event card, while participants can join via the auto-generated meeting link. Book meeting rooms while creating events
In-person meetings just got easier with meeting room booking support in Trident. While creating an event, you can search for available meeting rooms, filter rooms based on amenities such as Wi-Fi or seating capacity, and reserve the room that works for your meeting. Integrate Zoho Meeting with Trident
You can now schedule, start, and join Zoho Meetings directly from Trident using the new Zoho Meeting eWidget. The widget can automatically pull in the email subject and participants from selected emails, making it easier to set up meetings in just a few clicks.
