searchRecords with multiple criteria is returning the search made using
the last criteria only (API 2.0)
Doing resp = zoho.crm.searchRecords("Leads", "(Last_Name:equals:Hawkins) and (Last_Name:starts_with:Pat)"); returns records for the search using ONLY the last criteria as if doing: resp = zoho.crm.searchRecords("Leads", "(Last_Name:starts_with:Pat)"); testing with other modules (Accounts and Potentials) and multiple fields (string, checkbox, numbers, dropbox) with the same results. It can be replicated by searching using the 1st criteria, then with the 2nd and then with both, the results are always
Filters
Hi We have Account Owners and Account Co-Owners (also same for Lead and Contacts) As a manager, I want to quickly look at a particular salepersons accounts that is a Owner OR Co-Owner It seems the filters in each of the modules is set to AND so when I select John Smith as Account Owner and John Smith as Account Co-Owner is returns no records even though he owns accounts and also Co-Owns some accounts. There is no way of getting past this is there. I think an option of And/Or should be available
Search function not returning results that are present in the database
Hi, When using the Search function to query our database we are not returning any results for specific database entries that we know are within the database. An example would be account number 'ABC1234', this is visible in the database under the 'Customers' heading, however when we search for 'ABC1234' no search results are returned. Transferring task lists from the Projects module into the CRM module
Hi there, I have a task list in the Projects module that I want to attach to all of my campaigns in the CRM module. You can create tasks in CRM campaigns but it does not seem like you can create or import task lists. If there is a way to do this please let me know. Thanks, Will KK
CRM Macro: Can you allow to assign a task for the same day using macros?
We put tasks for some leads with the same day as due date because we need our agents to contact them right away. Trying to use a macro allow us to assign task with 1 day and more which means tomorrow and after. Can you allow tasks using macros to have 0 days after the macro has been run? so the tasks get the same day as due date?

Advice on filling in same telephone number - contacts and company
Hello all, I need some advice on filling in the telephone number with contacts and company. For example a company has one central telephonenumber -let's say 123 456 789- where the total company and it's contacts are reachable. Would you also add the telephonenumber 123 456 789 as the number of the contacts or would you leave that empty? Actually - the same question goed for emailadresses. Company mail adres - info@company.com. For example two employees who also use info@company.com as their mailadres.

Hello all, Is it possible to add a custom field to the customer record that automaticly counts all check-ins? For example: Customer/Company A has to be visitied by our sales-reps 6 times every year. How to mail merge pdf attach to workflow
Who could help me to find solution. I have to create mail merge document in PDF, attach it to email and send this document. Are there any ways of doing it? Have tried everything from Zapier to CloudConvert. I could manually crate PDF and download it but can't attach it to email template and assign to workflow. Will be glad if someone could help. Thanks!
New user invites not recieved

Automatic Case Creation From Records In A Custom Module
HI All, I want to automate Case Creation and Closure from activities in a custom module. I can set up the workflow easy enough my issue is the deluge scripting - it's outside of my experience. And I click the phonenumber my extensitons rings, when I pick up,it can call out to the dialed number, but the zoho web page show unable to make a call to xxxx(‘dialed number’). How to enable convert option for non administrator user
Hi, I'm facing a challenge while giving permission for convert option for non administrative profiles. I have some custom modules, in that some custom convert functions are there.(Operation: if any one click the convert button, that perticular record will move to another custom module). And I have four active user's including a administrator. Here the problem is other then administrator user coudn't perform this convert action. So that I have tried to give permission in module permissions.

Urgent - CRM Mail Merge stopped working
Hello Zoho CRM mail merge with Microsoft Word is suddenly getting many "Invalid Merge Field" errors. We have seen this error before when fields or templates change, but in this case, the error message is displaying a blank for the invalid field name and we have not knowingly made any field or template changes in recent weeks. All Tab Groups missing for one user

When creadting an email within a Lead or Deal by clicking "Send E-mail" -the main email address on the account automatically appears in the "TO" ; however, come Leads and Deals have more than one email. It would be nice to have both addresses automatically added to the email.

Associate Contact Email to Potential Record in CRM
A potential record in CRM already shows the associated contact records including the contact name and contact email. The potential record module contains a merge field for the contact name, but there is no contact email. We added a new custom field "Contact Email" to the Potentials module. Question, how we can automatically map this new field to the contact record's email? If we use a workflow automation is only lets us perform one action in a module at a time, not across two modules.

Multiple unique fields
If I have more than one unique field on a module (be it Leads or even a custom module), would each field be unique individually, or would all fields be unique together? i.e. if I had Email and Phone as unique, would the system typically allow for multiple users with the same email as long as they have different phone numbers and vice versa, or would it fail even if the second attempt of creating the same email but with a different phone number fail?
