Problem with SQL query
Hi, My SQL query that i have used for a long time now, seems to be timing out when i open it. It works fine if i in edit mode, execute query. But as soon as i'm in view mode, it times out. Joining identical tables
I have two tables with identical columns. one is sales for 2012 and one for 2013. I want to run a report that spans both of these tables. IE I would like to get a chart showing end customer name and totals bought in both 2012 and 2013. is there a simple way of doing this?

Please help with upload tool (csv and database)
We are evaluating Zoho Reports for use in our company. The functionality seems very promising However we experience problems with uploading from either an Access-database or csv-files. Almost 2 weeks back we have sent a support-question to you - maybe there was a system error because also my forum post from the same day seems to be lost. We do not manage to upload from a database - we get errors where we are asked to send in the log for support. With csv there is an import but the data is incorrect.

Reports and Creator - sync structure
I have reports and creator synchronising correctly - but if i add an extra column in reports (custom column) because i need to do some calculations - will that cause the synchronisation to fail because table structure has changed or am i better off having a default table for synchronisation purposes and then defining a 2nd table to allow manipulation within reports?

I'm looking to hide an entire row of data if the project was completed before a certain date. For example, if I want the report (just a standard table report) to hide the entire row of data if the item was completed 1 month ago or order. Need to filter running total in date range without changing the overall total
I set up a running total column in pivot view with date range and agent filters to show their pay for a certain pay period. The running total shows only the totals for the that period and excludes the overall balance of their pay from their starting date. I know I can export the overall pay view for all entries and export them to excel to filter the solid data by date range, but I'm trying to keep the process simple for the office manager to run a payroll without too much configuration. Please advise.
Create a churn percentage chart
I'm looking to create a chart that shows our monthly churn percentage. I've attached two charts I'm able to create, one showing a running total of contact records - the other, showing monthly cancellations. We need to see the percentage of cancellations-to-running total for each month. For example, looking at the two attached graphs: Jan 2014 there are 16 cancellations, and 430 total contacts, so the churn rate would be 16/430 or 3.7% In Dec, there were 9 cancelations and 395 total contacts, so

Issue sorting date field on underlying data
Hi, My MM-dd-yyyy date fields do not sort properly for Underlying Data tables in a report. On the main table, there is no problem with the sort. I have formatted the field to use MM-dd-yyyy date format. Here's a screenshot of what I see when I sort by date on Underlying Data fields. Everything is sorted by day of month, so I see all entries from the 31st of each month, then the 30th, then the 29th, etc.
Find percentage of leads that have phone number and email present
Hello, I need to show a graph. On the x-axis, I need the lead owner. On the y-axis, I need to show the percentage of that person's leads whom have a phone and email listed with the lead. How do I do this? So for example, we will have "20% of Greg's leads have phone and email details listed"
When exporting, it is removing the 0's at the start of a #.
I am trying to export a list of serial #'s which a few start with 0 example: 0987654321 But once I export it, to excel sheet, it will show up as 987654321 removing the 0 form the start of the #. Is there a way to bypass this?

Need help importing CSV data.
My company would like to use ZOHO Reports for reporting. We have daily files to import that can contain up to 7500 records. The daily file is a CSV file. We only need 12 of the 40+ fields for this file. I know how to select which fields I need. We have been using Excel but it is too cumbersome to do the reports needed on a weekly basis. Excel does convert the data very easily. I have 4 fields that are giving me a challenge... Date field... the CSV file only contains the month and day. "MMM DD" format.
Add multiple different sections to a report
Hi, I would like to create a report that features multiple different charts and tables from different datasets. For example, I want this one report to show me details about my contacts as well as details about my leads. Is there a way to add different sections to a report or do I need to make individual reports?
Reports: The "GROUPING" feature does not work properly with "Ascending or Descending"
The Grouping module does now work properly when using the Ascending or Descending fields. I am summarizing the following three fields: Account Type Account Name Probability % The first two columns Account Type & Account Name group correctly but the Probability % with the "SORT ORDER" is not working correctly. Google ReFetch and import not working
We lost connection with google this afternoon at around 4-5 pm CST with REPORTS. I have noticed some new dialog on the google import of "new google sheets" also. Maybe while updating the new google sheets you invited a bug into the re-fetch routine. Re-fetch will spin and spin and then just disappear. When I try to re-import the table it say's that table is empty. I just got this all ready to show the owners my reports tonight and now no data. (: Thank You, Rich
