Allowing users to change date function in a chart
Hi, Is it possible to allow users to change the date function in a chart? For example, I have a sales chart where the date function is set to 'month'. I would like for my users to be able to update this to week/quarter/year/etc. to be able to see their sales broken down by different time frames. I know that when I publish to users, I can provide them with the option to filter in different ways and show different time periods, but in all cases, the data is shown monthly. Thank you for your help.
Is there a way to create a check list report within each account?
I am trying to come up with a check list for a reporting system, but currently we have about 70 accounts, and the report will need a checklist of about 100 items. I am wondering if this is a possibility through Zoho reports, rather than creating a field within each account. I do not want to create a new field because there are only so may fields one can create. Also some accounts will be needing a different checklist then others so I think it would be easier to create a checklist report and attach

Get the Date of First Transaction
I have a table with the following data points: Date Gallons Customer Name I would like to somehow be able to automatically pull the FIRST TRANSACTION DATE of a customer. compare value to baseline
Hello, I need to produce a report that shows the evolution of regional or office sales figure compared to a national baseline. Hi, I am using the Email Schedule to send out all my reports. i use also the different date filters. I need to find a method that in the email itself or in the description the date of the filter report will be written. if I use the option to filter "last 30 days", for the user is very difficult to see what are the chosen dates. any ideas?
Calculating visits in a month as a percentage?
First, thanks for your time. I'm sure this is possible, I just can't figure out how to configure it. I have a table that lists the visitors to our business and what day they come in. I'd like to calculate how many days they visit as a percentage of how many days they possibly could in that month (in our situation, any day Monday to Friday). Hi, I have 3 tables with sales information from 3 different stores. zoho report loader - java out of memory error

We are trying to use the Upload Tool to upload additional information to a new table in the database but the upload tool is telling us that the database does not exist. Is this possible to do? Sync Account Created By and Modified By From CRM to Reports
I selected the fields 'Created By' and 'Modified By' from the Accounts table when setting up my sync from Zoho CRM to Reports. When I get over to Reports and try to make a report using the Account fields, I cannot see these fields as options. What happened to them during the sync?
Lookup Column and aggregate functions
Hi, I have 2 db´s. 1. Stores_db with information about stores (ie city, adress, storenumber) with a lookupfield "store id" 2. Sales_db In the Sales_db i have two fields that I would like to have a formula just dividing one with the other. After that i would like to have a report where I can filter the sales data by parameters found in the Stores_db. I have tried joining the tables but get no luck because of the aggregate formula. Blank Primary Key on Import / Odd Table Join Setup
The way we are doing this isn't ideal. We are taking the CSV reports generated from our software and importing those into Zoho tables. This means that we have three different tables with "OrderID" as a primary key. Obviously in a real database most of this data would be in one table or sectioned off into different ID lookups. Hello, I am having a problem with Pivot table report that sometimes show underlying data when I click on a cell and sometimes it does not. Zoho Analytics Module CountIF
I am trying to add a countif formula to my Zoho CRM Analytics table that is pulling from my CRM nightly. I have built the aggregate formula but the formula itself is calculating based as whole on the table. How can I build the formula so that is performs the calculation on each record. For Example: countif date > 7/1/2012 I would need to perform the calculation for each record and place a 1 if that record meets the criteria. Problem in Sorting by Percentage
Hi Zoho! Can you fix this? The Sort per Percentage is not working, thus it sorts by the value of the row. As you can see in the image below, in the Contact section, I was sorting by Calls (%) from Highest to Lowest, but you will notice that the sort takes place in the Calls (*) with 1984 value as the highest but 2.74% percentage but the highest percentage is 11.11% which has a value of 1 in Calls (*). I successfully have them joined via lookup, but I cannot import CSV file (50k Records) to my table or it takes too long. I wanted to use the Query Table but it limits to only 800,000 records. Change a table column (field) order
Since the order of the fields a.k.a. columns in a table sets the order that they show by default in ALL reports that are created from them. It is very time consuming, error prone, and frustrating to have to change every report every time to show the order you want the fields in. It also makes it difficult to find the fields you use most often. I know you can show/hide columns in a table, but making that change doesn't change the related reports or data query tables. iFrame not scaling in Internet Explorer
