Private views on a Public form?
I have emailed clients a sign-up form using the permalink to my application. It works great as they fill them out and I can review them on the backside under "contact views." I just realized however, that the general public can access my contact views and see my data as well if they know my account name. I need to restrict access to my contact views while still allowing the form to be open to the public. Can anyone give me very specific instructions of how to accomplish this task? Thanks!

How to make all fields visible when pressing 'view' in a view with limited collumns
When I create a view with a subselection of all fields available, pressing the 'view' link results in visibility of only the selected columns in the view. Is there an easy way to have all available fields visible in the popup window? I would sincerely appreciate your answer! Kind regards, Caspar
Does Creator allow me to create "scheduling" pop ups for future events?
Greetings, I would like to create an "Action on Submit" that will allow me to create a scheduled event in the future. When the day of the event arrives, I recieve a notice. For example: I users who submits a form where a warning notice is sent out to a supplier. The supplier has 7 days to respond. If he does not respond in seven days, a scheduling "pop up" needs to appear somewhere to let the user know to contact the supplier. Can Zoho do that? Thanks, Bmo

How to provide a description for a View
I have a View with it's "title". Is there any way to also include a description under that Title, that in this case would give the names of the people that developed it ?

I can't seem to find the method of importing a photo. I have a database with 9 columns, the 10th being reserved for a photo, and it was specified as a photo when I set the database up. I get all the data imported fine, but do not know how to go back and EDIT and add a photo. Thanks
How to email the information of the user for editing?
Hello, I build a form where editing is disabled. I want to make a simple form where the user submits his Email ID in a field and submits it. After that I want the whole information related to the submitted email address to be mailed to him with a link. Using the .exp() function
I am having trouble with the built-in .exp() function. There is no documentation that I have found on its use. When I assign a number to a variable and then attempt to use the .exp() function, Zoho will not allow me to employ a parameter with the function, i.e., MyVal = 3; MyVal.exp(2); After save results in: MyVal = 3; MyVal.exp(); Moreover, the function returns an odd exponential value. Hi, If I use Zoho creator forms and embed them in our Web site using i-frame snippet code, is it possible to remove the "Report Abuse" link at the bottom of every Zoho form? Also, is it possible to remove the "Powered by Zoho Creator" label? How to hide email according to user input?
Hello, I have a form where the user has to submit his email address. Under this field I want to make a checkbox field where it writes "make my email address public". If the user uncheck this field, I want the data in the view mode be published with the email address section with the default "hidden by user" sentence. How to disallow duplicate entries?
Newbie question. I am experimenting with the free trial and really think this will work for us. We need to maintain a database of customer orders. Each employee will enter records when jobs come in. I've built a prototype that I'm liking. One issue occasionally comes up. We need to prevent employees from entering duplicate records. The first field entered is the order number. Is there a way to pop up a message saying this record already exists and prevent duplicates from being entered? Thanks.

Hi, Is it possible to create my own HTML page with a form in it and some how make the information to get stored in the Zoho's database? Or is there a way to customize zoho forms? Basically, I want to make the zoho forms more matching to our Web site i.e., is there way in which I can add fields horizontally instead of in the vertical fashion? Zoho Creator currently does not support sharing of uploaded files. This could be simply avoided by integrating Zoho Creator and Viewer. Is this on the cards? How do I share a file I uploaded on Zoho Creator without the recipient having to log on to Zoho? I believe currently the recipient will also have to have admin access to my application to view the file. Am I right in saying so?
