Pipeline by stage will not shrink to one column
Hi, On the home page if you try to shrink the Pipeline by Stage to one column it shrinks to about 1 1/4 columns and cannot be repositioned since it it too wide. Thanks
Address validation, Zip+4, delivery point bc and Google maps
Hi, As I start to run a test on ZoHo CRM I immediately noticed several missing functions from contacts that would be useful. Address validation with the US Postal service, Zip +4 lookup (delivery point bar code for address printing would also be nice) and google maps for location information and route planning. The only reason I still use MS WORD is it ability to print address with the delivery point bar code (Open Office has this but it never seems to work). Sending items with this bar code shaves
View - Potential Closing This Month
When viewing the standard view, "Potentials Closing This Month", it does not include potentials with a closing date of 04/30/2008. I cannot determine the reason for this. Is it possbile my data is corrupted somehow? Can you take a look? Thanks.

Hi, I need help with ZoHo Creator. I do not want to create a form and load data, I need to do something with the data inside ZoHo. I want to pull data from ZoHo crm modify it and put it back. No calendar function available across all apps???
Hi, Am I missing something here or is the calendar not shared across apps. I put something in the planner app and then went to CRM, nothing, nadda, zip?? Is there something I need to turn on to make it so I have one calendar and not a half dozen??? Thanks
Link Tasks to Contacts/Accounts from Outlook
Ok - I come from using ACT and basically use Outlook as a "pass-through" to my Blackberry. In ACT they created a way to "Link" an event or task to a contact/account by typing "LINK" in the Notes section when creating the event/task. It would be nice if we could create an event/task on our handheld or in outlook and then when that task gets synced into Zoho CRM, it is already associated with the contact so we don't have to do it manually. Leads import missing address fields
Hi, As I go through system setup and start playing with this I noticed that the Lead import fields are only Lead Id, Company, First Name, Last Name, email, phone. There is no address fields or additional phone fields. I am playing with setup and perhaps its in there somewhere. I see where I can add custom leads fields but I do not see anything for lead import. Clock reverts back to default
please fix this!! i have set the clock to show U.K GMT time but everytime i log out and log in again it reverts back to the default clock showing the time in Afghanistan!!! why does it do this to me!!! :x

Layout Field Options
One request I would have would to have the ability to add a "filler / blank" field in the layout of each section. As it is now you have to add a "named" field to the layout of each section. This would help in having the ability to spread out different areas of the section. Hope that makes sense. Thanks

Backup/Restore of all CRM Settings (not data)
We are interested in trying out some changes to our CRM Page Layouts and views. Is there some way to backup all our settings so that if we don't like the changes we can simply revert them all to the version backed up? I understand that if we add custom fields and populate them with data, that it would not be possible to remove the new fields and their data with this type of backup/restore. All we want to do is be able to rearrange things and put it back the way it was rather than having to undo all

Threading of email messages
When I send a message from Zoho, it shows my personal email address as the From field. Which means replies go to me and are never shown in Zoho. Is there some mechanism by which the From address can be set to route back to Zoho, which ties it back to the original lead/contact?

Problem with Field Layout and check boxes
i need help to fix a couple of bugs that may need to be fixed or just added to the next update: 1. I cannot move a field in the contacts field layout in setup, the cross hairs come up and it appears to move but when i let go of the mouse button it does not move to the required location. 2. When trying to do mass updates or even check several check boxes at once on different pages it seems to clear it as soon as i go on another page within the accounts tab. Why does it clear the check box??!! This
"Next" "Previous" buttons in Leads detai
It would be very useful to have Next and Previous buttons in the Leads detail screen. This way you can quickly review lead information without having to click back to the Lead tab to select the next lead. When you have a long list of leads, it becomes very cumbersome having to go back to the Leads list every time to find the next lead you need to review.

Since there doesn't seem to be a way to add an opt-out field I decided to come up with my own solution. I want to insert a link in ever email like this: <a href="http://www.flasma.com/optout.aspx?e={Leads.Email}">here</a> However it converts its to: <a href="http://www.flasma.com/optout.aspx?e=$%7BLeads.Email%7D">here</a> You need an opt-out link when you send marketing email or you use credibility. I just tried to import 59 Leads. It looked like everything was working properly until I got this message. Quotes address options?
When creating a Quote, I usually want to use the Contact's address, not the Account address. In my case, the Account addresses are usually a main corporate headquarters address, but the Contacts are in different buildings, or even different cities/states. How can I change the default address selection? My preference would be to have a button, or drop down list, to select any of the Contact (mailing, other) or Account (shipping, billing) addresses.

German letters are wrong displayed
Please can you check while the German special letters like � (ae) are not displayed correctly. Can it be, that the translation file is not in UTF-8 format. Or in which way I can change the settings in the browser. I have tested with Firefox 3, Internet Explorer 7 and 8beta and all German letters are displayed in a wrong way
Custom Report Generating Duplicate Rows
I created a custom report that used the Notes - Title field. When I realized that was creating a separate row in the report for each note title, I removed that field from the reporting columns. However, when I run the report I still get multiple rows showing up, even though it no longer reports note titles. This causes duplicate rows to be generated by the report.

Reporting multiple products for contacts
I have a field called product code in the products. I associate products to contacts. Some contacts have multiple products. I am looking for a view or a report that lists all the contacts associated with one product and shows all the other products that are associated with that contact. I can't see a way of doing this. Lead Owner incorrect in export files
When exporting Leads, the column called Lead Owner contains the last name of the user that owns the lead. But that is incorrect. It should contain the user's e-mail address (Zoho CRM User ID). If you want to export a file, make some changes, and then re-import those records you have to remember to change the Lead Owner to the actual User ID.
Contacts and leads selection
In the lead and contact view when I click on a letter ie "B", I get all contacts or leads starting with this letter as well as others whose email start with letter. Is this intentional or a bug. Please advise.
Product List Details on PO
Is there a way of displaying the product details data e.g. product name, quantity etc of a Purchase Order on a report? We are trying to produce a production shchedule based on the details of all purchase orders but this does not seem to be supported.
Part Shipments
Would like to have the ability to record the shipping statements of each product within a Sales Order, where the order may be shipped in one shipment or multiple shipments. When recording a shipment I would then want the ability to produce a shipping note showing the Quantity of each product sent and therefore the balance due (equals Ordered - sent). Is there any way this could be achieved today?
