Get Information from other Modules
Is there a way for me to put a related item in a custom module so that I can see related information from one module to another? In my Sites module I want to see information from my Clients module. I want to add it as a related list or perhaps a link to my Zoho Site Details. Again, Sites is a custom module.
User Permissions - View only certain accounts
Hi, I'm trying to find a way that a certain user could only have access to certain accounts. So for example we have 100 different parent accounts (and 1000 plus child accounts associated with them) and we would only want the new user to be able to see child accounts associated with 1 particular parent account. I can see how to set permissions on the 'field' level, but this assumes that you want every user to be able to see every single account on the account level. Any help is appreciate, thanks!

Link Modules One to Many
I have created a module called "Tract" indicating a tract of land. I then linked it to the "Leads" module which I renamed to "Owners". I am able to add a single Tract to a Lead (Owner). I need to be able to add MULTIPLE Tracts to a Lead (Owner). How can I do this? Thanks in advance!
Can I associate multiple accounts to each potential?

Editing Lead Field Data Types
I am currently in a trial phase and notice that when I want to enter a new lead the 'First Name' field is a pull down list for Title and the Title field is open Text. seems swapped around - how can I correct this? This may have been a setup mistake when first accessing the system, but now I cannot see where I can get to this Data Type and correct it. See the attached pic
Columns showing in my report but not my hompeage
I've got a report that I do and I was editing it the other day by adding another column I had done that okay and it was showing up, but I also have the report to show on my home page, but yet when I go on to my homepage it doesn't show up for some reason? and I can't seem to find out how to get it to also show on my home page as it does on my reports list.

using formula to calculate a new date
I have a date field that I want to use to calculate a new date field automatically using the data in the original date field. I have tried using formulas but getting lots of syntax and missing quote errors. This is what I've used.... Time Stamp
I notice when I make calls from my leads list, the time stamp is off by 2 hours and a few minutes. I can adjust the call time, but the overall time stamp of the information is off. My computer has the correct time displayed, so I assume its the time on the program. I don't see where/how to adjust it. Please let me know how to resolve this. Import products with prices not possible?
We are trying to use the Product module for the first time and imported our data for about 500 products. We have the list price in our csv file and mapped that properly, I think. But after the import the prices are not shown on the product detail page. After looking around the forums we see complaints from other people about not being able to import prices. Should the prices be imported from a csv file during the import, or is this broken in your code? Should we be using the Price Books to get

I'm trying to setup a Gmail address with my Zoho mail, but I get the following error: [AUTH] Application-specific password required: http://support.google.com/accounts/bin/answer.py?answer=185833 I'm fairly certain that it's because I have security protection turned on with my Gmail, but I'm not sure how to get around this with setting up mail in Zoho. Hi, we upgraded to Zoho CRM professional recently. The most important thing for us is to be able to have all customer emails synced between our Gmail account and our Zoho CRM. Sending emails works fine. Email is linked to each contact in Zoho CRM and we can send the email without issues from Zoho CRM. Receiving emails works partially. The problem is, we don't get all incoming emails into Zoho CRM. This means that some customer incoming emails are threaded under each contact card but not all. Anyone

Task Reminder Popup
We are considering upgrading from the free edition and are currently evaluating Enterprise. One required feature is popup alerts on tasks. I know in the free edition, this feature does not exist. However, the ability to set time/date for notification and the option to select email or popup is not visible in task creation/editing for the version we are now testing. Is this feature disabled prior to upgrade?

I noted that at the beginning I need only one user nwith standards plan functions and probably gorwing up bussines it could be necessary upgrade the plan and add more users. Is there any way to create a new potential based on a macro / automation / query ? After I create the standard Contact/Account/Potential from a successful Lead, my sales process requires me to follow up with a new sales presentation after the initial Potential is complete after a set number of days. CSV import failing
I have a CSV file with four fields that I wish to import. I did three records and it worked fine. So, I tried the whole file and it says the import ended abruptly. 0 records read, written, etc. I checked to make sure required fields are on all records. I made sure UTF-8 data was used. Capturing emails and automatically add to potentials

We have moved from Sugarcrm which allows us to create a generic email address, eg companyname@sugarcloud.eu and all emails sent to that email account which had a customer email address listed in sugar, were automatically attached to the customer record. Associate a Web to Case form with an existing Account or Contact
Cases are associated with Accounts through the Account Look-up field. When building a case form to publish on the web, how can I architect it such that I associate the incoming Case record with an existing Account or Contact (Account Look-up field not an option to place on the form)? If I put the email field on the case form, will Zoho CRM match it to an Account/ contact that way?
Allow for changing list order.
The default sort order is not helpful. If there is a workaround, it's far to cumbersome to be used on a routine basis. I'd like to see a simple drop down list for LEADS, ACCOUNTS, CONTACT and POTENTIALS that allows for changing the default sort order to NAME ascending or descending. Even when reducing the list by selecting letters A-Z at the bottom of the screen, the sort order is still date driven.
Exporting Notes Fields

Notes not being updated across different views
In the new CRM View, i find all my pending tasks are not being reflected, esp long overdue ones. Secondly in the CRM View, i open a customer task and update the notes, the same is not updated in the mobile phone version. Anyone else found this problem ?
