Screen viewing problem in Case Information section
Within the last week or so, my screen suddenly changed, such that the Case Information section is all the way to the right...sometimes completely off the screen and sometimes half-way off. I have to grab the tool bar and shift the entire screen to view the data. Nothing else on the Case page seems to be affected. Can this be fixed? Also, as a side note...really dislike the "Add a note" verbiage that started appearing about a week or two ago in the Case notes section...and which you have to delete

What on earth is going on with email notifications!?
Hello, One of our users is receiving email notifications everytime someone posts a new thread here or one is updated? I'm not even receiving updates on the threads I posted it's driving him nuts. I've had to disable his Zoho account until this is sorted. It's a brand new user created yesterday. Please advise ASAP. Neil

you can have an email bounce due to lots of reasons, incorrect emails provided, typed, taken down.. these are our life blood but we never know until it is too late, that our perfect response, best information, has gone into the ether please tell me you have a solution or are about to have a solution?? thanks

How to transfer free trial version to PRO Version
Hi there, My boss has two accounts of Zoho both are free trial version. And it has a lot of information from the accounts. Her one account of free trial she's using it for two years. Now she wants to get the PRO Edition of Zoho. My question is if she can transfer all the information from the two free trial accounts going to PRO Edition? How she will do that? Thank you in advance. Is a b2c setup necessary or just work with b2b?
Just getting started with my setup and was wondering if it's just better to leave everything the way it is by default or go ahead and customize for b2c? Our company deals direct with consumers. One of the reasons i like the b2b setup is all the fields already transfer to each stage properly. (Quotes, Sales Orders, Invoices all populate the fields properly coming from "Account") If I setup for b2c, can I remap the fields from "Contacts"? I don't see any remapping options for Quotes, Sales Orders
Obvious shortcomings in Zoho CRM (to me anyway)
Hi, I have just started using Zoho, I have previously been using Sugar CE and still have it running mainly because I am finding some really dumb stuff in Zoho that makes me wonder if this is really the right move. I decided to give Zoho a go because I know other people that use it, and it also seems quite reasonably priced. Identifying a name as a Raw Contact to call, not yet a qualified lead
Hello, i'm loading up the system with names that I will want to contact and see what interest they have. As such, these names are NOT leads. They are simply contacts until they show some type of interest. How do I identify the individuals as raw contacts to get in touch with, and how do I run a report for them? It seems the reports are all for Leads. Finally, it looks like Zoho tracks the sales process nicely. How do raw contacts fit into the Zoho sales process? Thanks, Stu

BEWARE 3rd Party Plugin for WordPress -- Someone Hacked My Site

Problem with opening attached files
I wanted to report a problem that has started a couple of weeks ago and hast been solved I use CRM in in language setup-Hebrew lately when I attach files to records I cannot open them unless I change the language setup to Hebrew. iPhone CRM App interface
Just started playing with the iPhone app and was instantly disappointed. Entering lead information: Every time I click on a text box it animates over to a different screen for data entry, and then I need to click "done" and then select the next box. This seems like it was done for the sake of making it look interesting, but it makes it makes the app extremely impractical for use. The screen should stay the same. You should automatically jump to the next text box after entering data. I love that

Date format handling when Exported to Excel
Hi, Do you have the issue of handling Date in Excel when you export your data? if you have Lead Creation time in one column and Activity Time in another column, how do you calculate the difference between these two in terms of minutes? =month() function gives me day as output =day() function gives me month as output so 12/10/2014 will give output as 12 for month and 10 for day These function stop working when date crosses 12th as there is no 13th month. Zoho support does not know how to handle this,
