Can we automate assigning territories to Contacts who do not have Accounts?
Our clients are primarily individuals and most do not have a company or Account associated with them. We would like to automatically assign territories to them based on their country of residence, but the rules seem only to work for Accounts. Is is possible to automatically assign territories to Contacts who do not have Accounts associated with them? Thanks, IICT

Hi Everybody! I have a very annoying issue with the Zoho-CRM PlugIn for MS Outlook - I cannot seem to get it to work at all... My configuration is: Outlook 2013 (32-Bit) under Win 8.1 (64-Bit) I tried to follow the instructions for the installation very carefully - downloading the proper plugin: "MS Outlook 2010 & 2013 32 Bit", running it as Administrator; In the installation dialogue I tried "for everyone" and also - after deinstalling it and reinstalling again I tried "for just me". Leads Back Button
Hi, I've been using Zoho for quite a while now and I must say it really helps me be on top of all my leads. However, one small thing that really annoys me that I think could be fixed easily. Whenever I go through my leads and click into them, then click the back button it takes me to the top of the page rather that the place I was up to. I then have to scroll down again and look for where I was up to. I hope this could be resolved. Thanks in advance, Sal

Whenever I email a lead and I ask the add on to add the email to ZOHO it creates a new contact. If I delete that contact then add the email again it puts it in the lead where it should be. Anyone else have this issue?

Is it possible to email leads directly into Zoho? I have a service that emails me a specific set of fields regarding leads and I would like to send into Zoho directly rather than copying into a spreadsheet and then importing (I imagine i can figure out importing Leads). Automate "Zoho CRM" Invoice to PDF and Mail Invoice from API (PHP server side)
This relates to Zoho CRM and not Zoho Invoice or other add-on's. I can create a new invoice for a Zoho Account/Contact from the website PHP using the API. How can I 1. [More Options] > "Export to PDF" and 2. Problem: When you run a search for a contact the actual link to direct you to the contact is all the way over on the far right. This is different that when you search for say an account. The account name is a link on the left. Clarification: Since you can't reorder the fields in the search view it seems this is an issue that can't be resolved. "Full Name" is displayed all the way over on the right instead of over on the left. You would think since you search by a contacts name it would be on

I cant send anymore emails with attachments it says I have used up my Attachment storage? Is there a way to get that switched to allow me to send with attachments?
outlook contacts showing up as leads
I am not sure how to best use the Outlook Plug in. I was hoping that emails to/from zoho leads & contacts would appear as activity in Zoho. So far that has not happened. The only thing that has happened is folks from my Outlook are displaying as leads (not my goal). Any advise or guidance is VERY WELCOME HERE. Thanks!
Is there a way to track how long a potential has been in a specific Production Status?
I'm fairly new to using ZohoCRM. In the Potential details, I can change the Production Status as the potential moves along its lifecycle. I'm looking for a way to track how long the potential stays in each of the Production Statuses as it goes from creation to being resolved. Any tips/guidance would be greatly appreciated. thanks

How do I use other information from a look-up record?
Once I have identified a related record through a look-up field, ex for billing out a service whose price is based on 1) the square feet of the job, and 2) utilizing a specific formula which is priced per sq. foot. I have created the table that gathers the information for each job and I can use a look-up field to specify which formula should be used, but I would also like to have the price per square foot of the formula (which is in the formula's record) and then multiply that number by the square

I can't see "Remind at" on any task view to be able to actually use it, but i do see it listed as a field in the task module; Could my database be corrupt since I never upgraded from a legacy plan?

Search and Add Email button for Outlook plugin defaults to the Potentials Module?
Most of the search and attach email processes I do is to attach emails to contacts and not Potentials. The default module selected when the attach window opens is the Leads module.Can this be changed to be Contacts? Means I have to keep selecting the Contact module in the drop down selection box.

Hi, I have a potential which can be set to different production statuses (see attached) as it progresses from creation to completion. I would like to know how long the potential was set to a specific production status ( ie how long was the potential in 'Verifying Tracking' status). Creating New Fields
I created "new fields" under lead module as note1, note2, note3 with corresponding date1, etc. When I converted some leads to contacts, my new fields were not imported from leads. Question - Must I create the same fields under contacts in order to see notes & dates. Will the notes follow to contacts once I've created those same fields under contacts? Question - How do I get note information to appear in my contacts?

Hi, I am VERY new to this system, just trialling it at the moment. I like the front screen that displays on the home page. there is a button that says "don't show this screen anymore" which I am interested to see "what the display looks like" if that screen is no longer shown, but if I click it to see.... will I ever be able to get the original display back if I don't like the result ? sorry to ask such a dumb question, but as I said..... I am adding the company logo to my account email signature. When I add the image, it displays in emails always the same size ignoring the re sizing settings I use during the add image process. Is there a solution for this issue or am I doing something to invoke this? Thanks
How to copy email address from Contact into my own Module
When I create an Event, selecting the Contact/Lead, the email address is automatically copied and into the Event module. This way I can send email's directly from the Event Module. I have created my own Module, and I select the Contact. How can I automatically copy the email address from the Contact Module into my own Module?
Leads being entered as Contacts via the API
HI, I have recently created an integration plugin for our systems that creates leads in Zoho from business information that we have mined. I create the Leads object XML and use '/Leads/insertRecords?newFormat=1' to create it in Zoho. This works well with my instance and with most of our customer instance. How to get the embed code for a CRM report?
I want to embed a CRM report in our website (zoho sites), how do I get the code? Actually what I am doing is displaying our price list on the website which originates in Quickbooks and we export it to the product module in CRM then a report for viewing. What needs to go into a footer for a mass email to keep me in compliance with the Anti Spam laws? Our web site doesn't have an "opt out' page that I can borrow code from, so that unsubscribe option is unavailable. How can I offer unsubscribe in another way?
