Outlook mail shows as "Read" automatically
Hi all, I have the Outlook plugin set up so that calendar and emails are sync'd automatically to zoho. My problem is that every email in my inbox shows as "Read" even if I haven't read it yet. I'm missing important emails because of this. How can I stop this from happening? I don't use zoho to organise / send / receive emails but I'd like to keep email threads with each relevant contact for reference. Thanks in anticipation..... Rick Robinson

Search Multiple Critieria fields
Hi, I have created 2 fields in the search criteria section. :Category 1 and Category 2. Both of these fields are pick lists. In some of the contact records I have the word sponsor as a pick list option. When I search category 1 for Sponsor it pulls up several records. When I search Category 2 it pulls up another set of records. The word Sponsor is used in Category 1 for some records and Category 2 for others. When I try to search using contains “sponsor” in both fields the result is no records found.
Searching Multiple Fields in Contacts
Hello , I am trying to search for the same word in 2 different fields and I get "no results" found. when I search the word "Sponsor" in 1 field I get 4 results. When I search in anther field I get 3 different results. This is because we have populated different fields with the same word. I would like to be able to search the word "sponsor" in 2 different fields and have all 7 records come up. Can this be done?

Web-to-Lead Emails Not Working with Yahoo and Gamil
Hi Has anyone else had a problem with Yahoo and Gmail customers where they fill out the web-to-lead form and they do not receive the auto-response email? I setup a web-to-lead form for my client at http://denimtherapy.com/repair and it works well for anyone filling out the form, but Yahoo and Gmail customers do not receive the followup instructions. I want to create a report that groups revenue by month based on invoices. I have been a basic user for a while and in a previous life administered SFDC, so I am a little more experienced than a novice, but not much. We just signed up six users for Zoho CRM and would like to be able to send messages from gmail to accounts in Zoho. The POP3 functionality requires that all mail is ingested into Zoho which means that we would have to buy a ton of extra space for every user. Are there alternatives such as forwarding mail or a third party application out there? We used Cirrus Insight for Salesforce to accomplish this...until today.

Hi, I'm using Zoho to track task/progress with each of our clients. I'm trying to automate this as much as possible but running into difficulties - I have 3 sets of tasks Stage 1, Stage 2, and Stage 3. Creating the first rule was easy - When a new account is created, assign these 5 tasks to the account and change the Stage Field to = Stage 1. I'd like to have the next rule to trigger when the 5 tasks from the prior rule are complete, and then create the Stage 2 tasks and change the Stage variable,
How do I view support requests for an account?
I've linked Zoho Support and Zoho CRM. In Support, I've added an Account field to the request. All our requests are per account. When looking at an Account in CRM, I want to see all their support requests as a list. This seems to me to be the most obvious thing most people would need from linking crm and support. Unable to install Outlook plugin - not a valid office Add-in error
I have just signed up and am on Enterprise trial. I also purchased the outlook mail plugin. I am using Windows 7 64 bit, and Microsoft Outlook 2010 64 bit. The plug-in was downloaded successfully, and installed correctly. No errors shown. But when I go into Outlook, I do not see the Zohocrm bar. When I go to the Add-ins, I do not see Zoho crm plug-in at all. When I click on GO for manual addition of the DLL, as mentioned in the help, I get the c:\users\vinai\appdata\roaming\zoho\zohocrm\zohocrmoladdin.dll

I have a paid account and my user is Administrator. However, when I Click Setup > Users & Permissions there is NO "Roles" option. Hello, We would like to use the Zoho CRM webforms on our site for lead acquisition but our site is running on DotNetNuke and we cannot incorporate <form> elements in the page since the entire page is one giant <form> I know we could add the code to an HTML file and then call that file in an iFrame ourselves, but I am sure other users would also like this feature. Do you have plans to create an iFrame version of your webforms?

serious issue. zoho crm android app not integrating with main crm
None of the info that I write in my zoho crm app from my galaxy note 3 are showing up on anything (not my laptop, not my desktop, not my company's reports) except for my mobile app. What is going on? Is it possible to mass edit records. I need for all the records to change information of one field. Is there an easy way to do this. In Salesforce there is the possibility to export all the contacts to an excel with the internal ID of each contact. The field to change could then be modified in Excel, and than we can reimport the information, and the changed field is updated linked by the internal ID. What can be done in Zoho CRM? Custom Field "Percentage" appears to be broken?
The custom field Percentage does not display the % sign and accepts values over a 100 (which doesnt make sense). Not sure if the second part is a bug but the first appears to be since your documentation says a % sign will appear.
Mass delete via API or CRM
So I am testing a script and as happens occasionally I made a mistake with a LOOP in the code. This error resulted in about 10,000 records being added that I wanted to delete. The problem is there is no way to do a MASS deletion of records. The mass deletion in the CRM only allows me to delete 100 records at a time (Extremely tedious). I think one of two things needs to happen, either a DELETE API that allows you to delete multiple records based on a search criteria or at last be able to feed

Show All Notes not working
Hello, After converting a Lead, then going to the Account page, the previous notes do not show. This is expected. Clicking the "Show All Notes" checkbox should display all notes made on all Contacts for the Account. But, clicking this checkbox seems to do nothing. Everyone in our office is using Google Chrome. I have not had any issues with this specifically, but my colleagues have. I have had a quick glance through the difference in the settings and can't tell anything major. Is there a plugin

Even though I have already set up the zoho mail settings in outlook (I have checked "Automatically add emails to Zoho CRM"), I still have to click on "add mail" in order to save the emails on the contact record.
