Determining Version of ZOHO
I cannot sync with my google calendar and I think the problem relates to this: 1. I opened a free zoho account in late September/early October to test it. 2. Deleting events in ZohoCRM Calendar does not delete them in gCalendar
If I ad and event in the Zoho CRM Calendar, either directly or through the Zoho Calendar, the event appears in my gCalendar and my phone almost immediately. I can happily amend any events and the updates appear in my in gCalendar and phone immediately also. However, if I delete and event it is not deleted in gCalendar. Is this the expected behaviour? Changing Label Name for Industry
Hi. I am new to ZOHO CRM and so far like it. I am using the free version until I can fully determine whether it will fully serve my needs or not. Why won't LEADS created within iPhone App populate to browser-CRM and iPad?
I am a (new) paid professional subscriber. I created some leads on the browser CRM and they have populated to the iPad and iPhone apps. However, this morning I created a new lead on the iPhone App, but it is not syncing with the browser or iPad. That is, the new lead I created is not appearing anywhere else except for the iPhone App. Please help.
Outlook 2013 Integration: Subject Line / Association
How do you associate a TASK that is created from Zoho with Outlook 2013. The only indicator that shows on TASK that have been created from Zoho is an additional row right above the SUBJECT line that only says: "ZOHO" This does not provide enough information to tell which, Lead, Account, or Contact is associated with the TASK. Export Contacts with accented characters
I want to export my Zoho CRM Contacts that have an email, to Zoho Mail. Since this is not automated, I tried to export the Zoho CRM Contacts to a CSV file using the Data Admin Export Tool. However when I view the CSV file, it contacts ? (strange) character instead of the Accents some of our contacts have in their names. Ex: François holds the ç character. Paul

why do the available fields not populate on templates
I cut and paste the fields on an email template. The email using the template shows Dear ${Leads.First Name} instead of the first name. How can I fix this

Where do BCC Dropbox messages go when there are duplicates?
HI I like the new BCC Dropbox feature as i have never been able to get the Outlook plug in to work. However, when i send an email to BCC Dropbox and the person that I'm sending it to has duplicate entries in the CRM I find that the email does not get stored against any of them. Is there a way to work around this or have i just got to get rid of all the duplicates? many thanks Kate

So to prevent this is there any way to generate the dynamic auth code for each request

getRecords has stopped returning all records (crmapi)
Our billing system is integrated with crmapi and has been working fine for over a year but recently it stopped working. The problem is that when we call getRecords with fromIndex=1 and toIndex=200 it's no longer returning 200 records, it's only returning 118 records. It used to return the full 200 records. Nothing has changed on our end in software. We have over 4000 records so it should have no problem returning the first 200 records. Any ideas? This problem has broken our billing system and is
System Freezing
Several of the users at my company are reporting that the system is freezing on them and requiring them to close out and log in again. It is reported on PC's running IE & Firefox. I use Firefox on a MAC and have not seen a problem. It seems to be intermittent (though frequent) and I have not discovered a way to replicate. Have other seen a flurry of these reports? Arthur Young

Contact Deduplicate
I realize this may be a less-used feature, but the deduplicate options under Accounts and Contacts are somewhere I am currently spending quite a bit of time due to how we imported our accounts/contacts. In particular, I am currently working on deduplicating contacts. The four options the system gives me are Email, Phone, Account Name and Mobile. Zoho CRM running very slowly? Outlook plugin?
Anyone else experiencing this? It seems to me it may be linked to the Outlook Plugin as that has been locking up Outlook when I try to add an email as well. Not sure if that has to do with Zoho or the plugin or both or neither...
Zoho CRM responding very slowly
Zoho is responding slowly. For a few minutes it is quick but then slows down again. Takes 10 minutes to get into everything. Is Zoho experiencing some sort of outage? It is absolutely unusable for my sales team. Please help - all our data is on the crm!

Outlook Calendar Sync Problem
When I try to sync my outlook calendar. I get the following message " This calendar is not in selected category". None of my calendar items have a category selected. If i select a category it will sync over. There must be a way to get this to work without having to open up all my appointments and assign a category in outlook. Please advise. thanks, dave
