Posting a webform to a Google Sites Website
Folks, I have heard that some users have been having trouble embedding a ZCRM webform in a Google Site. I had similar problems until I found a savvy Google Apps user who tipped me off on what to do. The problem is not with a ZCRM webform, it is in the way Google Sites handles the code in their gadgets. Here are the directions I followed to embed the form: Use ZCRM to create the code you want to paste into the webform. Copy the code to the clipboard or a separate document for use in the next steps.
Default Standard Profile DELETE all data of an Admin?
Zoho Team, The way I have my Zoho CRM set up is that all users roles can access anyones data (public/read/write). However the default standard profile allows users equppied with this profile to mass delete data. Does this mean if I assign a standard profile to someone they will be able to delete all data? I want everyone to access each others data, but I dont want standard profile users to be able to delete MASS data. Would the default standard profile work in this system? or do I have to create
More customization for the home page

I have a Manager who is unable to view his Sales Reps leads. Yet, the Sales Reps can view each others leads. All are standard users. How do I correct the Managers settings to see all leads?

Sync Zoho CRM with Zoho Reports
Hi, I'm trying to include more columns on "Account" table to be synchronized with Zoho Reports, but it shows an error message and don't save my changes. The message shown tells me that "an unexpected error occured during sync process. reports to French Excel
hello, when i export reports with amount in Excel, there is a problem with format of amount. The amout is separated with space and excel don't recognize cell as amout and can't make sum. Even if excel is configured with space the problem is always. Do you make try with a french Excel and correct this bug. Thanks
ZOHO XML submission issue in iframe
I'm successfully connecting the following form and send data to ZOHO account. http://www.lessonmatch.com/full-form/full-form.php When you Click on the "Get Free Lesson" button in home page http://www.lessonmatch.com/, it loads the same form using an iframe. But when you submit the form, you get the following error. 4600Unable to process your request. Please verify if the name and value is appropriate for the "xmlData" parameter. Sales Order Daily Limit?

We have a limit of five available positions for booking for each paper. Is there a way this could be managed well. Is there a way to track duplicate leads that have been merged? My company has a very long sales cycle and, from a marketing perspective, it is very important to understand the frequency and quantity of leads entering the system multiple times. Microsoft outlook zoho add on synchronizes my contacts to Zoho contacts, however some of those new contacts i would prefer to be leads. is there a way to move a contact to a lead? also when signed in to outlook, i have to sign in to zoho every time, is it possible to have zoho sign in automatically? Major issue when viewing Contacts
I have never encountered this issue in the past but today i cannot seem to work around it. The problem is as follows: I click on my Contacts Tab which contains something like 111 records and select the option to display 50 records per page. I click to sort by Contact Name - Ascending. No problem there, the list sorts and displays. Now the issue. When I click to view page 2 (records 51-100) the entire list scrambles itself and does not display in any kind of order. Problem with linking mail conversation together, mail magnet, CRM
Hi, I have started looking into integrating mail into out CRM but I have noticed that when I have a mail conversation with a lead our mails are not grouped as one conversation. I believe that it because the heading of the mail is changed a "Re:" is aded to the heading and sometimes "Sv:". Can this be fixed? It is very hard to follow a mail conversation as it it today. ( Or is my setup wrong? Roger
BCC Drop Box
Good afternoon, We have recently started to use the BCC Drop Box which has been useful. I do however have some questions. 1) If I have BCC'd Drop box it attaches no problem to the appropriate contact. If someone sends a response to that email the only way I can see of attaching this email is to save as a web page and attached it via the Attachment section which is not useful at all. Is there a way to add the Company to the Tasks and Events report? Contact Name is a option, but I don't see Company. The Contact Name is useful, but as the administrator, I usually don't know what organization the person is with. jd

I have the following requirement, please can you confirm if this can be done. I have setup a field in my contacts called 'Occupation Date' which is a date somewhere in the future of the contact been setup. It says I have used all my storage, but cant find anything else to delete - how to I find if there was attachments connected to Accounts or Contacts as have 1000's?
It says I have used all my storage. I have emailed for assistance with NO response in over a week. Stopping me using the upload to email templates which are URGENT as wont let me upload more. Deleted all emails in zoho mail add on we purchased. There is only 5mb in email templates and cat search contacts or accounts to see if anything is attached. Pretty shitty system when it comes to storage - almost as though you want to make it impossible to find attachments and have to upgrade storage.
Can't Import Google Apps Contacts
Hi Although my Google apps accounts recognizes Zoho CRM (it appears in the menu under MORE) when I go to Apps & Add-ons> Other Apps there are no Google apps available in the list. Based on what I read in your user manual, this is how I import Google Contacts into ZOHO CRM. The integration ability with Google was a big selling point for my decision to go with Zoho. What do I need to do so I can get the Google Contacts import feature working. BTW I have a 15-day trial to the professional version.
Lost Potentials Report - 'No data available' - Why?
Within “Potentials” I have created multiple stages and their associated probabilities, sort order, forecast type and forecast category. I have created a lot of potentials (50+), many of which have become 'Closed Lost' in forecast type. So why does my “Lost Potentials” report have “No data available”?

Hello, when I try to either import a .csv file or just simply create the first potential I get an error saying "Sorry, you have reached the maximum limit in your current edition". I'm under the impression that I should be able to add them to my account.

We are users of Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns. I currently support my boss in CRM (we both are users) and she has an account in Campaigns (I do not). We are getting a new person to fill the sales role my boss currently fills and my boss will no longer be involved in this particular business. Should we transfer my boss's existing CRM and Campaigns account or create new users for both and remove my boss from both? When a contact from the field Contacts – moving to the Pitched – some of the fields, like for example Pitched Source – is not transferring ? I see this field in Contacts but not in Pitched. Where this information goes and how I can make sure I will keep it?
