Why can't I put notes into my Call log as before?
I tried logging a call today, I clicked on log a call and new pop up appeared. Considering I used this system yesterday a pop up menu didn't show up. I filled in details but when I went to try to edit log a call to put notes in it keeps saying, cannot be processed, and I need to add a new task instead of just clicking save and create new task like before. Please can someone tell me how to put notes in Description box.

I'm just getting started with Zoho CRM and have the Free Edition. I setup an email form (web-to-contact) in the Zoho Website Integration section. I checked to make sure it has the https:// when the form was generated. I copied the code into a Joomla article. Zoho CRM Calendar functionality
There is a bug in the Zoho CRM calendar. When you click the Calendar it brings up the previous month (instead of the current one), but then when you click the arrow for the next month it skips a month so you have to then click the back arrow to finally get the current month. We are unable to view attachments when logged into the Zoho CRM on Android. We are logged in via the web browser, using the full version of the site (not mobile) on Samsung Galaxy tabs. We've tried troubleshooting with other Android devices, Zoho CRM mobile app, Zoho mobile site, and multiple Zoho CRM logins. when using the Outlook plugin to add record an email to zoho, all attachments for every previous attached email is added.
Am I missing something? I edit the email to make sure that only the one attached will be attached. After the notification that the email was successful, I look at the email and every previous email attachment is attached.

I use a customized Inventory template for purchase orders. In this i have ${PurchaseOrders.Individual Tax} in one of the columns. When i export to pdf the value is blank. Drip Campaign - NOT Autoresponder

Using a formula in a Purchase Order Template
At the moment under Total I have ${PurchaseOrders.Qty}*${Products.Unit Cost} which does not work. Is it possible to use such a formula within the inventory templates. I have tried to use brackets and an equal sign without any success. I cant use the default ${PurchaseOrders.Total} because I am using the products unit cost and not the list price.

I can't log in to zoho crm using the username or email and password. No matter how many times I change the password and reset it, it tells me that it isn't valid when I try and log in. However, I can access my account through google's gmail system, but only on certain computers. What can I do?!
Clicking Account in quote does not autofill custom fields
Hi, When clicking the Account option in Quote only the Billing/shipping address details are automatically populated and not any custom fields we have created. I have been looking for a mapping option when creating a quote but cannot find it anywhere, does this exist? Similar to setting up the Lead field mapping I would like to map fields from the Account to be automatically filled in the quote form. Any help will be very appreciated.
