Hi, I find the BCC Dropbox very useful for recording communications with customers. However, sometimes we send brochures or similar commercial material that is exactly the same for hundred's of emails. I would like to keep the record of the email sent, however storing the attachment 100's of times eats up a lot of space in our storage. I would really like the possibility to choose if I want to store attachments of emails or not in the BCC Dropbox option
Populating field based on data from different module
Hi, I don't even know if this is possible.... We have a schedule module that lists the development times and details of the product. This module contains a code field which is relevant to the specific product and version of the product. We also have an order module where agents can select the product and select the version and raise customer orders. What we need is when the agent selects product1 from a dropdown and version 3 from a dropdown for the order module to look at the schedule module, see

Hi, Is there anyway of updating a record to show when an attachment has been added? At the moment we have a module to manage documents for potentials and I would like to be able to automatically update the record when an attachment has been added. Are multiple tables possible in Zoho CRM inventory template?
I am trying to get the multiple products to show up both on the descriptions and the summary table on the final page of a quote inventory template. The problem is that Zoho CRM has a special code to tell the template to display the repeating products. That special code only seems to work in one structure/table per quote and it's the first time you use it. So if I make the repeating structure the descriptions, the final table won't have the multiple products. Any suggestions???
SalesInbox and Meeting Requests
Meeting requests are coming into my Salesinbox with incorrect time of day. Same meeting request retrieved in Outlook has correct time. My user/timezone settings in Zoho are correct. The times appear to be that of the sender in a different time zone than I am in. It is showing me THEIR local time, instead of mine.

Could but CAN NO LONGER delete LEADS
I kept getting an annoying pop up message each time I deleted 100 Leads and since I had several thousand to purge I checked some box that said something like DO NOT ALLOW to create more ????? I can not delete even one record now. How do I fix this mess?

Upgraded to Win 10 and CRM outlook plugin isn't working
I have updated to Win 10 and have outlook 2007. Each time I try to install CRM outlook plugin nothing happens. I am thinking that it is installing in Windows Old not new. While trying to export my data in Hebrew to a csv file i only get sort of unsupported symbols: "׳ ׳§׳•׳— ׳§׳™׳™׳ " an so on. Is it possible that you don't support unicode? Is there any workaround to exporting my data?
How to create a List view for Leads Module to show only those Leads that are also converted into potentials, in Zoho CRM?
Hi, I am working on list views of Leads module. Here I got a view showing Leads that have been converted to Accounts, Contacts, And/OR potentials. Now I want to create a view in Leads module to get all the converted Leads that are also converted into Potentials. Means I want to get all the leads in this view that are converted into Accounts, Contacts, and Potentials. How can I do this? Is it possible in zoho crm or not? Any help will be appreciated.
How to delete leads waiting for approval?
When I go through my list of leads waiting for approval (Approve Leads) some are from spammers. There is no delete button in the new UI to get rid of dud enquiries. Please remedy this or advise how I can delete.

However I need to push certain general parameters into the plugin, can't seem to do it through Zoho or Adobe Sign. Outlook plugin error
Hi there, Our CRM users with the Outlook plugin are continually getting this pop-up in their Outlook: The pop-up is quite annoying and occurs anytime a user clicks on an email. We've also noticed Outlook takes longer to load up with the plugin installed, and the side pane doesn't always remember credentials.

Is there documentation on how/when the event responses (Invited, Going, Maybe) are processed? Should responses sent from Google calendar display within the participant section of a Zoho CRM event? From their Google Calendar the organizer can see who's accepted the event but in Zoho CRM only responses from people that have accepted through Zoho CRM are appearing. Thanks

Now my employee starts and i have created a second user access for him into our company page. He received his login and password. So no problem. Using Generic Emails
Our contacts often use generic emails for their position, but the contact name changes every year. How can I update the contact info without getting the hard stop error "Duplicate values are not allowed. An existing lead with the same Email has been found."? We want to retain the old contact info, but ADD the new info also.

API Error with % in string
I had to remove % from a value when updating a multi-line field in account otherwise I got an error.I tried to escape it but that didn't work. The error is: code:4600 message:Unable to process your request. Please verify if the name and value is appropriate for the "xmlData" parameter. Is this an XML restriction or a Zoho restriction and how do I add a value with a % in it? Thanks Glenn
