Hi Folks, I would like to send an email template to a list of leads that all have the same activity (task). Short of exporting a report as a CSV that includes the fields I want and then using an external program to email, has anyone found another way? Thanks.
Changing owners with workflow or blueprint
On the sales team layout that my company has, potential ownership changes 2-4 times throughout our sales process. I am trying to use Blueprints to set up a system for lead retention from objections, but my problem is setting the ownership. Hi, We have created an event in Zoho CRM with location details. In android mobile application, the created event has the location details with the link which redirects to the Maps application for the mentioned address. CRM Template Add Link is missing Selected Text option?
I am sure it was there when I was using CRM Plus. Now I am using Zoho One and it is gone. General Signature has 3 fields when creating a link. Selected Text, URL & Title (Tooltip) In Template adding a link only has 2 fields. URL & Tooltip. Button has all three but want a link not a button. I have the Calendar Syncing but keep getting a universal coordinated time appt setup in out look. I schedule a 6am event in Zoho. The event syncs with my outlook in the 6am slot. When I hover my curser over the appt in outlook it says 6am When i open the event in outlook it says 10 am universal coordinated time Any ideas?
Creating Lists For Contact
Hi everyone, I want to create a list. I want to cross refference all the companies that have a certain product or in my case a policy with certain manufacture as we are a health benefits consultant agency. I can create the perfect list from the products module however I can not mass email from this list as it does not pull the email address associated with the company or client that is associated with it. Customer did not receive email sent out via CRM
Hi Team, When sent email to a list of clients via CRM, few client claim didn't receive although the status is shown as 'Sent'. I believe it may not be the CRM's issue because other clients still able to receive the email. Could you able to explain what (possible reasons) may cause it? I have Zoho Enterprise with about 60.000 accounts/contacts, imported some months ago. My mother-database is in ACT18 and I can make a CSV files of all those addresses/fields,of which many are updated with new and updated data. Mass edit records and better views
It would be useful if Zoho CRM increased the limit of 100 rows in a view to something more like 250. Also, you should be able to mass edit in the sheet view more records, 250-1000 would be good for many users.

De-Dup records after importing
I have used a different CRM in the past where if I have imported records it allows me to select any specific fields I want, and de-dup against existing records. For example. We de-dup according mailing addresses. So, we selected the following fields, street, city, state and zip. How do I overwrite data or update fields while importing
On the latest import migration wizard there is no option I can see that allows the overwriting of existing records or updating of fields. Inn the online help it indicates I should see a skip, overwrite or clone. All my version is doing is cloning. Any assistance would be appreciated.
